Great location, rooms are cleaned daily, good shower, good wi-fi connection
Poor breakfast, very dark room, all the furniture is too old. All the building needs a renovation, there was a bad smell in bathroom due to pipes, but disappeared after usage

Location is walking distance to the Belem Tower and Jeronimos Monastery and Very closr to the Belem Nata shop. It is clean and safe. Proffessional staff. They recommend an authentic Portuguese restaurant (O Prado) a short walk away which provided excellently prepred seafood. We had an early flight and needed to leave the hotel at 3:00am. Breakfadt was included and the hotel was able to provide a breakfast for us to take away :) We were on the garden side which was quiet and lovely.

It is located in the Belém district and is accessibility to major attractions including next to the Pastel da Belém pastry shop. The front desk was helpful. They have large storage for luggage if you arrive early and after check out day. It is not convenient to the other Lisbon district sights as you must uber to them. It is convenient to public transportation. The breakfast though basic was included. The cost of the room reflects the lack of amenities.
Rooms were basic and no lobby to relax in. The room was not large enough for two to relax in the one chair. There is no safe in the room. There was no toilet paper holder and almost no bathroom space for your personal items. The room facing the rear did have a beautiful small balcony but not for sitting as there were no chairs to do so. It is a basic room for sleeping.
