Staff all good with a large Bar area and a very clean and comfortable room. Food was also of a good standard. Entertainment on the Saturday evening was also decent.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast was good. The noise transfers from hall into room with people talking, going in and out the room but for how much the room cost it isn’t a positive or a negative just a fact.
There was a lot of black mould in the shower and a smell of dampness due to this.
There were lots of cobwebs around the windows and room.
The carpet around the edges next to the walls were dirty/dusty.
I am not expecting 5 star facilities at this price but I do expect the cleanliness to be of a standard.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay
The property is a little dated. The dining hall is like a boarding school dining hall hut the bar area is a lovely place to dine

Close to Aberfoyle.Bed was comfortable and clean.
It’s fine for a base to explore the area but a luxury hotel it isn’t. It’s a motel full of people on coach parties. Breakfast was fresh considering the mass catering but dinner was disappointing.
Our bathroom was very tired and had a chip out of the toilet seat.
