Not to my taste, won’t return

Strange hotel. I think maybe I just made a bad choice as it was definitely not to my taste. Good location just off the pedestrianised main street and close to the Metro, but that’s pretty much where my positives have to end. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Odd room, rather dark, very peculiar interior design, very uncomfortable bathroom because of an especially silly shower cubicle. Quite comfortable and very quiet but lacking basic amenities, eg kettle. Not bad value but I won’t be back.

Exceptional

Friendly staff, amazing location (did I mention how amazing the location is?), clean rooms, cool decorations, reasonable price. (oh.. and the location... next to everything you need). We are coming back next year!

A nice clean centrally located hotel

The central location. The Quirkiness of the hotel floors. The helpfulness of the staff.

The breakfast was very good but you were only allowed less than a half cup of expresso coffee which is totally stupid as we usually have at least 3 full cups of Flat White or Latte coffee in the morning. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and only 2 small bottles of complimentary water for our 3 day stay.

When I had to go on an early start tour the hotel made a to go breakfast which was great.

Lovely hotel, great location and majority of staff were lovely.

Reception staff very good. They tried to support with all our requests and were always very friendly, Very good sized rooms with very good facilities (i.e. great size bed, free use of room safe, great shower and bathroom facilities.

The lady on breakfast was not the most friendly person we came across when compared to the rest of the staff encountered especially as we had to insist on allowing us to have the six of us sit together. Whilst the actual standard of the food was very good we were not satisfied with the hot drink option. The breakfast was advertised as including tea or coffee but on the first morning we were offered a fruit tea only and a small espresso type coffee and worst of all to be drunk out of small paper cups. The party decided to eat out for breakfast on our second morning, but decide to try the hotel again on our last morning. However on this occasion we reported our concerns to Nicoli on reception re hot drinks and it transpired that we were entitled to a proper hot coffee (e.g. cappuccino) in a proper cup. We got the impression that as the lady on duty was trying to cut corners due to workload issues.

OK stay, facility need maintenance

Location is excellent. Hotel room is clean and beautiful. Lots of room.

The shower drain is blocked . After shower the bathroom becomes a swimming pool. There is a huge gap when contain is closed, every one could look into the room. Room without AC will stay 26 degree, I have to turn on the AC in the winter! Just so I can sleep.

Excellent.

The stuff is very friendly and nice people. We had night flight back and they prepared breakfast take away for us. The rooms were very comfortable and beutifuly decorated. We got upgrade for one of the rooms. I've requested high floor and they gave it to us. The location is excellent - right on Vitosha blvd (promenade).

A bit expensive. The breakfast is not too reach.

A very convenient in the heart of Sofia.

Les Fleurs is ideal for the visiting the centre of Sofia being close to all amenities. The decoration and layout is fun and adds interest to the room and bathroom.

It is gorgeous, modern fun decor, I asked for a room with a bath and they gave it to me, close to lots of shops, the staff speaks English, massage availability, nom smoking

of the.4 hotels I stayed in the bed was the most uncomfortable, coffee served in plastic cups

Cool hotel but not very practical

Prime location, funky room design (room 65), separate bath and shower options.

As funky as the room is, it wasn’t very practical. The glass soap bucket in the round, standalone shower fell and shattered - glass everywhere which meant I couldn’t use the shower. Ended up having a cut to my toe as well. No power socker near the bed (placed in the middle of the room). Breakfast was good but having only 4 set menu options is strange for a hotel this expensive.

Beautiful hotel, with the best location ever

This is a very beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic design located in the very center of Sofia. Nice restaurant with lovely terrace at the pedestrian street. Very nice personnel, both in the hotel and restaurant. Will make sure to stay again there next time when in Sofia.

The glory of the past is not enough

Very good location, in the heart of Sofia.

Sad to see the glory of the past fading away... It can be seen that the hotel was initially rather chic. However, the lack of proper maintenance is taking its toll... Broken tap in the bathroom, worn materials - it looks sad and neglected, such a pity!

Some of the best rooms I've stayed in .Friendly staff,great location.

A new restaurant fills the whole ground floor so you enter round the side to a very small reception. There is nowhere to relax other than in the rooms and no bar to meet up.Its not really a 4 star hotel but if you just want a fabulous room please book here.

The location was great. easy to for walking anywhere ... Breakfast was good. Although I would change the menu a bit The service of the hotel staff was very good. The rooms were clean. They Helped us find a driver for a hike in the mountains. We will come there again

We felt misled by the hotel.

location. innovation of decor.

Absence of a dining room. What is worse- there was no notification during the booking process nor with the e mail confirmation, about the closure of the dining room for renovation, and the booking we made included breakfast! Consequently we cancelled a later date booking in this hotel. The reception staff were the only people we met and they were simply indifferent and not cooperative.
