Staff were very helpful and approachable
Areas of the dining room and bar area where extra furniture and other sundry items were kind of stacked up and left lying around making the appearance look untidy

Elegant decor boutique hotel with the excellent center of Sofia. The mountain view room was amazing with a glass wall and some glass skylights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Tons of restaurants, bars, open areas, parks and museums within a 20 minute walk.
Sometimes water pressure in the morning was lacking. There are some stairs to reach the reception and the elevator.

Central location and (paying) on site parking.
This is really not 4 star standard. So much bric a brac and stuff everywhere, so much dated carpet, bathrooms in really need of renovation. My aesthetic is the polar opposite of this hotel so I am biased. But I felt I was stuck in a Tim Burton movie, and not in a good way.
