Room was neat and clean and very cosy for a rainy and cold winters night in Cape Town. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fabulous, staff are super friendly and helpful. The little market setting outside is great for taking a wonder around. Excellent restaurants and gifts shops. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need.
On a Saturday night the Toad restaurant is quite loud, and the noise goes on till late. A very unfortunate issue that the hotel and staff can’t do anything about.

The location was ideal, as we had an event at Café Roux that evening.
What a lovely experience, the hotel room is spacious, the view of the mountain is glorious and the breakfast was yummy!

Location,facilities (although wi fi did not work in our room (room 12)
Breakfast hours and service received from Rachel in the breakfast room
You have to ask for glasses for the juice and there is no utensil to pick up the fruit from the serving dish .I had to use my hands for this .
Only bulgarian/non flavored yogurt available .
You have to ask for coffee and if you do that 1 minute after 10h00 you are informed that the kitchen closed at 10h00.
Gas fireplace is switched off at 10h00 sharp ,even though you are still busy finishing your breakfast .
Over a weekend when you are there to relax ,breakfast is only served until 10h00
No orders 1 minute after 10h00 .
At 10h00 everything is carried out of the breakfast room .
So do not book in this hotel for a relaxing weekend
You will have to get up early to accommodate there ridiculous breakfast hours .
