We stayed at Stephen’s place over New Years and it was perfect for us. We had our dog Hazel with us and she loved the large fenced yard. We stayed during the heatwave and then rain / storms, the bedroom aircon was especially amazing to escape the 35+ degree weather. Stephen was great with communication and overall we had a great stay, thank you!

Lovely very well kept, clean 3 bedroom low-set house. Bathroom modern. Bedrooms had 2 queen size beds & 3rd bedroom had 2 x single beds. All linen & towels provided. ACON in master bedroom worked well. Only drawback was the ACON in lounge died & Christmas was very hot in Brisbane. I’d have no hesitation in returning but only if additional ACON was installed to combat the heat.

Very nice house, clean and had everything we needed. Movies, books, toys for the kids and I especially appreciated the food that was in the fridge for us and the wine. They were very nice touches. Beds super comfy and when we had family over it was good to be able to have a bbq and have everyone comfortably seated outside. My youngest daughter who is almost 5, got upset when we were leaving saying that she didn't want to go to the old house 😆 The area is nice as well, the local shopping centre having everything we could need as well. Very happy, thank you for having us!

Was in Brisbane for a sporting competition. Stayed here with my teenage children. Walked in the grasslands across the road of a morning. Walked down to the local shopping centre, too. Quick drive to many nice cafes and short trip into Brisbane's Southbank to visit restaurants and night markets, beautiful parks and gardens, Sleeman Sporting Complex and Brisbane airport. House was perfect size and on a quiet street. Easy check-in, too. Thank you

This property is exceptional. Absolute attention to detail. The most comfortable beds with luxurious linen. Thoughtful toiletries and kitchen supplies. Bottle of wine on arrival. Our doggo loved the spacious fenced yard. We will definitely book this property in the future.

Lots of room for our group of 5. Enjoyed the BBQ and the well stocked kitchen. Location was a bit far from train but we managed. Close to shops for groceries and such. Could use air conditioners in other bedrooms. Home was neat and tidy when we arrived but the place could use a good surface cleaning. The walls, doors and door frames need to be washed down and cleaned up. The high chair and children's toys were much appreciated!

Fantastic property for our needs. Well appointed, clean, and quiet. Beds were very comfy with lovely linens. The hosts extra touches really helped to make our stay special. It was great having the reserve across the road for our dog also. Would absolutely stay again.

Quiet location. Prompt responses from host. Internal garage and laundry, comfortable beds and air conditioning made a very comfortable stay for us while visiting family. Close to train, bus and shopping centre.

Communication with Stephen from the very beginning was amazing. He was prompt and answered all the questions I had. The pictures of his property was just as it was when we arrived. Check in and check out process was a breeze. I had no issues at all. The location was perfect - walking distance to Brookside mall, great little oval across the road which was great way to get out and stretch out legs during the lockdown period, and very close to the train station. (Note: you don’t hear the train when inside, if outside it’s faint / not loud at all. My son slept like a baby at Stephens house) The little details Stephen put into his house was what made my family and I’s stay a great one. The beds were super comfy - better than the hotels 100%. He had Sheridan sheets, towels and face wash’s which made each nights sleep feel amazing. It was also so thoughtful that he had a hand blender thingy to blend my son’s food, baby bath tub, a high chair for my son even baby spoons in his draw. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Brisbane and I’m so glad I didn’t stay at an apartment. We had so much privacy and had no issues with the neighbours. It was super easy to find too even though the driveway is a little deeper than the neighbours. Thank you Stephen for being such a great stay host.

Pros Great house and yard Takes dogs Lovely area Lots of mod cons incl. air con & washer dryer etc. Would be great for a small family Cons Prepare to have your privacy invaded. Lawn mowers arrived unannounced and nearly let our dogs out of the gate. Does not respond to private messages eg. malfunctioning electrical equipment. In it for the money.
