Many contents for amusement and relaxation, kindness of the staff and exquisite wellness led by Mrs Ivana, she and her team provided excellent massages, even personalized music to our taste - a very warm recommendation from my end!
Will happily return to enjoy it again!

Very friendly staff. Very helpful. The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!
The room design is horrible. The AC is on the main floor and room is at the top ā¦ so, all heat in the room was trapped at the top, making the AC useless. It was too hot to sleep at the top bedroom because no AC there. They provided a fan but it was blowing hot air.

The food was really great, our kids enjoyed the water park a lot.
Not really an issue but more english description for the meals would be great.

The pool complex is very nice, with both indoor and outdoor pools available. The pool area is well-maintained, and there are enough sun loungers around the pools to relax comfortably. The thermal water and overall atmosphere were enjoyable and suitable for a relaxing getaway.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the room. We booked a room with one double bed, but in reality it had two single beds pushed together. The mattresses kept separating during the night, making the bed very uncomfortable. Overall, the beds were not comfortable, and we did not sleep well.
We also booked a package that included access to the spa/sauna area and thermal pools. However, this access was only included on the first day of our stay (from check-in at 3 PM until the evening). On the second day, we were asked to pay an additional fee to use both the spa and the pools. In other thermal resorts we have visited, booking one overnight stay usually includes access to the facilities on both days, so this was disappointing.
Additionally, the restaurant food selection was quite limited and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this category.
