Desconexión y descanso

Me encantó el trato de los camareros y las chicas de recepción, fueron amables, atentos, muy simpáticos y agradables. Una maravilla!!!

La habitación era muy normal, la cama muy incómoda, el baño tenía óxido en algunos puntos… Creo que si reformaran las habitaciones definitivamente sería el hotel perfecto!!

Para Repetir

Me gustó mucho toda la zona del jardín y la piscina, es muy agradable y muy bonito, tanto por el día como por la noche. El desayuno también fue de lo que más me gustó 😀😋

Las habitaciones y baños que creo que no van acorde con el resto de zonas del hotel ( necesitan un cambio) pero en general todo 👌

For the price we paid I would at least have expected rooms that felt clean and didn’t smell.

The pool was nice and I appreciated that it was adults only.

The rooms smelled like someone had been smoking in them for decades. The reception staff were unprofessional and didn’t really seem to care at all.

Lovely Hotel with huge pool, landscaped gardens, friendly staff,good location and superb breakfast.

Lovely Hotel with nice pool and landscaped grounds. Good location from Autopista. Pet Friendly, nice staff and easily the best and most extensive breakfast on our journey from Scotland!! It was delicious with multiple choices to suit everyone. Would stay again without doubt . Very good price too.

Tired bathroom but certainly clean and adequate for our stopover. Otherwise all good.

A good value bed for the night. Great staff and excellent morning coffee!

The entrance and hallway were lovely. Also the bar area and restaurant.

A little dated and shabby elsewhere. Once beautiful we suspect… now a little forlorn.

we were only there one night travelling down to spain dogs could go anywhere except in the restaurant but we sat outside

Very good

The food was good value for money,, staff nice and friendly. Location fine,but need a car.

When we booked the hotel we were not aware that it is pet friendly hotel. I didn't see any mention about it on booking.com site. The hotel was fine except the constant dog yapping. It is ok when you are dog lover, but if you are not it is a bit annoying.

Relaxing

Loved the pool area, all the good dogs, and the staff. The food is pretty good with a lot of options. The resort is far away from the confusion of Platja de Gandia which makes it perfect for some relaxing vacations.

The rooms are ok but could use some renovation, and the mattress is too soft. After some days having the same type of food can become boring.

Too expensive for poor quality

The bedroom was quite old fashioned: - no updated bathrooms - the wardrobe was very old and smelled badly - the air conditioner was very very old - the breakfast buffet was quite basic and simple AND staff at the main desk not very nice (except the man working at the night shift)

Tu&Me Hotel

The Reception area was very smart and the pool nice and large. Although most areas needed updating, they were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were old, tired and very sparse. The pool area must have been lovely in it's day but now, desperately in need of a re-vamp. The location is remote to anywhere else.

Definitely the best option in Gandia ❤️

Staff was really nice , quite tasty food , cleanliness on the highest level ❤️, beautiful resort, wonderful location in proximity to green areas ❤️ ! We really recommend staying here !

Unfortunately we did not expect that in order to get to the center we would have to walk on the street, next to cars. We were aware of the distance ( and the location not in the middle of city was a great advantage to us, however we did not that kind of way …) Additionally : NOT MUCH vegan options during breakfast (even though the object was notified about my dietary preferences) :((

Good location.

Location, parking across the hotel with hotel stamp 15 euros per night.

No fridge or coffee pot in room. Impossible to park for free on road, but there was a big parking garage across the street.

Lovely staff and overall a great place

They advertise that no hen or stag parties are permitted,however they allowed a group of women to celebrate a birthday and completely ruined our Saturday.A group of 12 to 15 women who were noisy rude and completely drunk by the evening and behaving badly. Lots of guests left the pool and bar area because of this.

Best place to enjoy in Gandía.

Good staff, best value food-money. Incredible facilities with a good pool to enjoy while relax yourself. I want to repeat my stay.

Not exactly adult only

The food options were good. The room was spacious.

Considering it is adult only resort there was a wedding and kids in the reception when we arrived and while having our lunch a wedding was going on so not exactly as chilled out as we had hoped to be honest. Seems strange to have an adult only hotel but in the same venue you have weddings being held with children and loud music.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, they are much better than the hotel itself lol

The reception area and bar were semi updated and looked quite nice.

The pool was filled with leaves everyday so you just wouldn’t want to use it, the grass around the pool was not cut either. The staff in the catering room were unfriendly. The room itself felt like a hostel and was in serious need of an update. You will absolutely need a car.

Great landscaping throughout.

Stuff lady on the buffet was rude. She kept insisting that we leave the table and walk through the area where she takes our room number and generally rude. She could have taken the room number from our table and not makes us waste our time. The shower could not be attached to shower without hands as the thing was broken. Music was a radio and they didn’t bother changing it for the dinner setting.

Poor performance

Bar personel was professional.. The apartments were ok and enough space, although poorly decorated.

Personel showed no interest at all, You feel like a product, The same lack of interest in maintenance of swimmingpool, lack of maintenance in general, You expect some variation in diner when you stay 8 days, but it was a non creative buffet. The wedding noice is not nice. Contininues till late at night. Performance of swimmingpool exercise is rediculous. Music is extremely hard and only 5 persons participate. Rest of people was irritated. Breakfast is from 8 till 10.15. This was sometimes to early for us.
