Location was exceptional, size of the room (especially for Japan standards!), quality of amenities given in bathroom, size of bathroom.
Incredible stay and value for money. Walking distance to Dotonbori, nice restaurants and coffee shops around. Room was actually huge, bathroom very big and they gave amazing products in the bathrooms. Free lounge also fantastic.
Nothing.

Very close to the shops. A bit more walking to the railway stations
The rooms are pretty dark with no ventilation or windows to open to get any kind of natural light in.
The air con wasn’t the best
