Great vibe, lovely staff, nice food, clean rooms
The ONLY negative is there is no separate shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, it’s just a two in one shower gel / shampoo combo - apart from that I loved everything else

The rooms are modern and clean, the hotel it’s self is clean and in a good location close enough to shops and most of the staff were friendly.
the rooms were quite small, of course I know that the room size is provided when you book however I must have skimmed over this as when we arrived it felt extremely compact everything was pretty much in one room there was no privacy when using the shower or the toilet I wouldn’t like to stay in these rooms if I wasn’t travelling with a partner, the beds also were not the comfiest and the balcony was tiny you could barely use it. most of the days it wasn’t possible to get a sun lounger around the pool as they seem to be reserved quite early on so then trying to sit in the sun on your balcony was not the best. at no fault of the hotel of course it seemed that most of guests weren’t the most welcoming of guests as most of the time we felt as though we were being stared at/looked up and down which makes you feel rather uncomfortable. we used the spa which was lovely and clean, however expensive as it was 120 euro for 2 of to use for an hour with hopes that the pool was heated (this is what it states) after we had paid and come down we was then advised the pool wasn’t heated and as the weather was so bad outside (raining) it was way too cold to then even use the indoor pool. the photos/activities at this hotel also need updating, one of the things that sold this hotel to me was the fact that they had a VR room/rage room as I am not a big drinker and thought these would be fun to do, only to be advised that they no longer exist since covid.
