Lisa was very accommodating. The room was spacious and the location was a 20 min bus run to downtown Vancouver. A beautiful quiet part of town. Great value for money. Lisa was also very helpful with last minute changes to my booking. Communication prior and during the booking was excellent
No aircon however, slept comfortably with window open

Great beds, cozy atmosphere, kind host, good neighborhood and location
the towels in the master bedroom bathroom smell strongly of mildew when wet.

Clean and good to have breakfast with other guests around the same table
Bathroom in separate room was clean
Was out of the city and away from lots of facilities - had to walk/taxi or bus to get anywhere. There was a regular bus service near the house into downtown that was cheap to travel on.
Didn't realise that the host family were also living in the same house - although this was not an issue
