We just returned from a 4 night stay. We had 8 in our family ranging from 10 to 83 years. It was extremely accommodating to our group. Everything you need is in this home; selection of bikes, Sharc passes, towels, etc. The kids made their daily short bike ride to the Village or the Sharc. It really is such a beautiful home and one of the best we have stayed in here in Sunriver, and we have visited for years. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

The house was beautiful. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. After we got settled in and ate dinner, we decided to get in the hot tub. Turns out it didn't work. They sent out a repair person but it needed a part and we wouldn't be able to use it on our trip. That was a major reason for booking. They offered us another house with a working hot tub but we had already u packed everything and didn't want to packed up 7 peoples worth of luggage and food. The tub in the master was amazing.

Property and manager were great; VRBO not so much
The layout was great for two families where you didn't feel on top of each other, but were also able to be aware of what the kids were up to. The property manager was very responsive and responded promptly to questions.
VRBO bungled their presentation of the costs and fees and was not at all helpful explaining discrepancies between what was charged and what they stated. Skip VRBO and book directly with the property manager (easily found with google) and you'll have a much better experience.

Great Property, Great Location
We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving break. The house was amazing with two living rooms, a fireplace, and a great kitchen for entertaining with tons of counter space. Small added touches like full game assortments, dry wood in the garage and a turkey-roasting pan with tinfoil went above and beyond compared to other properties.
We chose this property because we needed a property with wheelchair access. The house worked well as everything is on a single level, including a smooth ramp from the garage into the laundry room.
The property is on a loop that is separated from any of the main Sunriver roads, so there is little to no traffic noise, with quick access to bike paths. Kids can bike round and round the loop for hours.
SHARC passes were included and the property had an amazing newer hot tub that worked perfectly.
I would stay at this property again!

Had a great stay, house in a good location. Really well equipped kitchen. Too icy and snowy to get out and do usual walks and bike rides so we're grateful for the very comfortable spaces in the house. Overall a wonderful long weekend!

Family Reunion Vacation Home
This home was perfect for our family. With 4 bedrooms, there was room for 3 couples and 2 small children. Rode bikes and our almost 3 year old was very excited to learn how to bike on the small pink bike with training wheels. The home was close to Fort Rock Park and the Nature Center. And the home was very well equipped with anything we needed. A big thank you to the hosts of this lovely home.

Great one level home with A/C
We loved this home. It is hard to find a one level with air conditioning in Sunriver. This house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was cleaned twice and was newer and in excellent condition. We loved the location-a quieter area of homes on large lots that was an easy bike ride into the village and to the lodge and stables. The bikes that were available were in great condition and the check in process was simple. Overall the house was very well kept, but we arrived to fresh dog urine stains in the master bedroom that were so strong I had to sleep in a separate room for the first two nights. This is no reflection on the homeowner or rental company, but it is sad that someone clearly did not watch their dog during the previous stay. The fridge has a tippy shelf, but other than that we loved the house and had a great experience! This is a great home for a family!

Great Family Rental
Great property!! We loved this one story property. It was close to the park, sharq and village. Great place for little kids. The only thing we would change is super minor and it would be to take some of the wall decor off in the dining room. It made it a little cramped to sit down. But overall would love to rent this property again. Loved it! Also, the property manager is great. We had a problem with the water heater and someone came to repair it in less than 2 hours. We were impressed.

We had a great time with our family! Wonderful lay out and It housed ten of us well. Great location. Enjoyed the Sharc passes and the use of the bicycles. Good supply of dishes, towels, etc. It was very clean, but needed a little more attention to detail...dust on artificial plants, crumbs in kitchen drawers. The carpet had just been cleaned so it was slightly wet when we arrived and some areas spot cleaned with vinegar...probably due to dog accidents. TP holder in master bedroom was loose from wall. Bikes needed some repair...we worked on them, but need more attention.

We loved this house. It was perfect for us and our grandchildren. Thank you for allowing us to bring our tiny dogs too. They each weigh 6 lbs each and we can't stand to leave them behind. The only "bad" thing was the hot tub. It was a bit dirty. We own a hot tub also and would have like come chemicals to throw in to clean it up. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We had a great Christmas. I have just recently lost my husband, my sons Dad and and Pa to my two grand children. The boys needed our first Christmas to not be at home. My daughter in law suggested Sunriver. It took me awhile to agree I'm glad I did. The house was the perfect size for us. It was kept up very well and was beautiful. It had everything we needed. We hope to return. It was good for our healing.

The house was very nicely appointed, and has a good layout for a large family. The only draw back was from the house next door which appears to be leased by Sunriver Vacation rentals. Two separate large groups rented the place and Sunriver ran shuttles for one of them, with a large number of vehicles parked everywhere on the roads. Had to call the police on them.

We had an amazing time here. Great location,near everything. There were 10 bikes and 10 SHARC passes!! We rode the bikes everywhere...The house had everything.. I knew when I saw brand new clean sponges in the kitchen,that they had thought of everything! (I had packed mine) We had a request for an Angel Food cake for a birthday and Yep there was an Angel food cake pan.Kitchen had everything,large soup pots,to large ice tea pitchers. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean.Everything worked well. we did call the prop management company and they came right out. They wanted to be sure our stay was perfect. Enough room for the kids and adults. Next time we will book a longer stay..

We enjoyed the Summit #5 house during our stay. The location was quite good and convenient to local facilities. The master bedroom was nice, although the other 3 bedrooms were fairly plain looking. It was nice to have several bikes to use - however, there were no multi-speed bikes for adults, which was a disappointment. One of the bikes had a flat tire. Would be great to have a ping-pong table or other games (e.g., foosball) in the garage. Please leave additional bars of soap in the house, particularly for extended stay rentals.

This home has a great floor plan for families, with two living spaces. It is on a quiet street and close to the nature center and the village. Our dog is older so it was very nice to be able to have her with us. The Cascara staff is wonderful to work with. We think the carpets will need to be changed pretty soon. We had a wonderful time staying in this home. Our family got together to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We were concerned because we had dogs and didn't know how it would work. Even though we have dogs, we do not like dog hair or dirty homes. This property was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels and everything you would need to make your visit enjoyable. We would definitely rent again from Cascara Rentals.
