She seems petite but she holds in her lair a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 block from the Ocean and 1 block from the River, where the two meet (Estuary), in Seaside Oregon. With an array of sleeping arrangements and the ability to separate adults and children, cozy up to the fire or just sit on the front porch with a book as the kids play corn hole on the lawn. Just a few short blocks away there is a City Park across from the 12th street bridge, where you can try your luck with our crab cages or rent a bike fit for the entire family or start your stroll on the prom. The Necanicum River comes in and out with the tide, which is perfect for fishing, kayaking, clamming or beach combing. Walk to the prom, shop the outlets, take a short drive to Astoria, Cannon Beach or Manzanita. Try your luck fishing for salmon in the Necanicum behind the house, down 17th street and you run right into the Estuary ...maybe even spot some local ELK. There is parking for 4 vehicles behind the house on 17th street and in front of the garage. We are not afforded on street parking by Seaside City Ordinance.
