The main area downstairs is really nice, you can use the tables, microwave, hot drinks and soft drinks all day for free. The one hour happy hour is a nice touch! The staff were always friendly. Aircon is good!
We found the pillows really hard. There is a charge if you wanted extra towels, we found this a bit odd especially as they would only clean our room once during a 5 day stay. For the standard this hotel gives, it was unexpected. 1000¥ seems a bit steep.

Below average location and grumpy staffs.
Grumpy staffs, most of the front desk (mostly non Japanese) are very grumpy and they do not greet like Japanese.
