Modern and clean interior, and close enough to USC
The area does have much to offer within walking distance and it doesn’t seem safe to be out at night. The street noise is random depending on the obnoxious loud cars.

The room was nice and clean.
The bathroom smelt like sewage, the neighbor next to use blared the TV all night. The neighborhood was not to great which would of been fine because the staff was on top of it other than having to exit the property to vape or smoke.

the room was comfortable, yet sparse on space
poor quality towels and only two bath towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel given for two people. no hair conditioner. no hangers nor iron. the location is in a unsafe part of town and no security.
