The property was extremely clean. The staff were friendly upon entering and chatting with Sofia made our stay worry, free knowing we would have consistent communication if we needed anything.

Walking distance to USC and the neighborhood just west of USC. Reasonably clean. Simple but adequate bedroom and bathroom. Terrific value.
Cheap innerspring mattress. Please replace with hotel quality mattresses. Various guests kept changing the A/C. It was either uncomfortably warm or uncomfortably cold. I think you need to pick a reasonable setting and lock it.

I can say it is a fair place if you don’t have enough money to stay but is not a room for two persons. The bed only fit one person and the size of the room is too small.
The room is too small
No one told me there was 4 stairs to go up to the room
The comum area (kitchen and living room) was very dirty
The room says is for two but the bed do not fit two
