Breakfast was lovely. Location was absolutely gorgeous.
Second time I've stayed at bartons mill, I have struggled with the beds both times, very hard.

Location, staff and breakfast were excellent.
Very dog friendly which we loved.
Walls were a bit thin. Next door were a little over excited and noisy. Three times. Good stamina tho.
The music is quite loud but did finish at 11.
The gravel stones are also noisy. Everyone has to go over them to get to their rooms and this made the dog bark.

What a great stay. Our room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Staff were really good, breakfast was great but the location was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is surround by beautiful countryside and a nature reserve was 50 yards from our bedroom. My dog loved it!

Great breakfast. Close to Basingstoke comfortable beds and pillows
Room had no air conditioning and just a small, and extremely noisy, fan. Other rooms had portable air con as we saw the pipes out of the window but even in the hot weather we didn't and we weren't offered anything
