Situated in Monterosso al Mare, this lovely condo for $155 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment is located in the historic center of Monterosso, in a quiet area. It has an exclusive garden shaded by lemon trees, hydrangeas and carpeted with plants typical of Liguria, with table, umbrella, and chairs.The interior has been newly renovated and the home is very spacius and confortable with two separate bed rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms /shower. Due to the location the house il recomended for those who prefer to avoid stairs and ascents. Wi-fi is not available Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, for the registration of attendance and the payement of tourist tax in the amount of € 2 per day (maximum 3 days) for each member of the family over the age of 12, children under 12 are exempt Upon arrival, an advance payment will be requested for the costs related to heating consumption which will then be quantified and paid at the end of the stay based on the consumptions detected and the prices in progress.

The host is a lovely lady who was very attentive before we arrived and really welcoming. The photographs did not represent real life so there was actually no space for 4 people to sit and relax. The place smelled of damp, the bed was very uncomfortable...spring marks on my back and the kitchen outdated and musty.

We enjoyed our stay a lot.
Ambretta and her husbamd created a lovely place.
Such a nice little apartment. A lemon garden, we had breakfast in. Just a few minutes to the beach.
Monterosso is quite a busy and touristy place so we enjoyed the more secluded feel with the little garden in front.
There is no Wifi but that did not bother us at all.
They recently added a second modern bathroom which we appreciated a lot.
When we come back to Monterosso we want to stay here again!

Everything about this experience was perfect for us. Ambretta & Bruno(our hosts) were helpful and charming before and during our stay. Although the apartment lacked indoor lounge space the outdoor area made up for it. The kitchen was well equipped, the location was amazing, close to shops, cafés and restaurants and the town was enchanting, definitely the best of the 5 in our opinion. We would love to return one day. Thank you Ambretta & Bruno you are very special and we will remember you forever

Localizzazione ottima nel cuore di Monterosso "vecchia" e a sette minuti a piedi circa dalla spiaggia più vicina (stabilimento Bagni Alga per intendersi)
La signora Ambretta è stata sempre molto cordiale e disponibile
L appartamento è fresco e non necessita di aria condizionata.
Il giardino andrebbe adibito più a zona relax con divanetto/poltroncine dal momento che in appartamento non è presente un sala e la cucina è piuttosto limitata negli spazi con una piccola TV.
All'esterno c'era solo un grande tavolo con sedie di plastica e un altro più piccolo
Il secondo bagno è nuovo e ampio. Aggiungerei soltanto altri punti di appoggio all interno della doccia e subito fuori per gli accappatoi
Nel complesso siamo stati bene. I cuscini
del letto potrebbero essere più nuovi e morbidi..
Gli alberi del giardino sono ricchi di limoni e ci abbiamo fatto delle ottime granite
Monterosso vecchia è fornita di tutto il necessario ed è la parte più graziosa del paesino. Monterosso moderna che si trova oltre il tunnel (zona pedonale di breve tratta) è più affollata di giorno ed essendoci la stazione ferroviaria si riempie di turisti
Nei pressi della casetta riesci davvero a fare tutto: andare in spiaggia, mangiare fuori, fare la spesa, prendere il battello per le località vicine e ammirare le bellezze della graziosa cittadina!
Per i bambini c'è un parco giochi con una area ampia e protetta confinante con i bar e ristoranti della zona. Per mio figlio di due anni è stato l'ideale

La proprietà ,seppur situata in centro storico con tutte le comodità del caso, si trova in una via tranquilla e silenziosa, rendendo così la vacanza comoda e rilassante. L’arredamento è semplice ma funzionale. Il bagno nuovo permette di farsi delle gran docce. La cucina è piccola ,ma con un po’ di pazienza e strategia si riesce a far tutto. Lo spazio esterno è un piacevole plus. La gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari sono ineguagliabili. Da consigliare!!!!!

Very relaxing part of our 4 week away holiday...spent a week here enjoying the amenities..even had a beach umbrella that we borrowed..everything you needed was here.We shopped and cooked which was a nice change several nights..so close to everything and the beach especially..would definitely return..Ambretta very kind and welcoming was such a pleasure ...lovely memories thank you!

Mooie tuin en super centraal gelegen.
Locatie die ik kan aanbevelen. We waren samen en hadden dan de beschikking over 1 extra aankleed/logeerkamer. Alleen parkeren moest ik op 10 min maar de stadjes zijn dan ook verkeersvrij. De gastheer heeft ons even geholpen.met uitpakken en op een neer gereden naar onze parkeerplaats. Pak je koffers efficiënt. Je moet 200 m naar je huisje lopen. Voor de rest super

Wonderful holidays in the historic centre of Monterosso in a lovely flat
This quiet holiday home is located in the historic centre of Monterosso and has a wonderful little garden, two bedrooms, a small and functional kitchen and a small but functional bathroom.
The landlords Ambretta and Bruno are very kind and helpful supporters, whether you are looking for a parking space, a small restaurant or a special mountain village. Our arrival and departure was no problem at all with this support and we enjoyed our holiday in this wonderful environment, these hiking possibilities and the quiet retreat possibilities of the holiday apartment and we are already looking forward to our next holiday in Monterosso.
Our hike to Vernazza, the lemon trees in the morning and evening in the garden, the small fish restaurants to be discovered in Monterosso, Sylvia in the evening in the bar at the obligatory Cafė at the end of the day, the bicycle excursions to Pignone and such lovely landlords as Ambretta and Bruno made this holiday incomparable!

Exceptional hosts Ambretta and Bruno made our stay in Levanto truly memorable and hassle free
The two bedroom apartment in Levanto was wonderfully furnished, spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained with all the essentials we needed. Ambretta & Bruno met us at the station on the rainy afternoon we arrived and helped us with our luggage, responded to our requests promptly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is very convenient and within short walks to a surf beach on the Med, excellent little cafes and shops on our doorstep and only five minutes to the Levanto train station which was one stop (4 minutes) way from Monterosso in Cinque Terra.
We would highly recommend staying here as an option and less crowded gateway to Cinque Terre. We stayed here for five nights and if not for other commitments would have loved to stay longer.

When we arrived, the apartment had mosquitos and spiders on the wall in one of the bedroom along with numerous spider & cob webs. We didn’t want to stay here. We alerted the owners. We accidentally left a couple of items there & they were very kind to meet us so we could retrieve our belongings. They apologized for the mosquitoes & said it’s never been a problem. Then promptly pointed out several mosquito deterrents available in the apartment which was strange if it had never been a problem. I also pointed one out as it buzzed by to which the owner replied “there’s just 1”. I thought “ I want none!”. We didn’t stay at all & asked for at least a partial refund & they said NO REFUND. So In essence we paid for 4 nights we didn’t even sleep there & got no money back. If u are looking for a very clean apartment & bug free, don’t choose this one.

Un séjour relativement agréable en dépit d'un espace restreint.
Une maison bien située, proche de tout ; deux chambres spacieuses et confortables ; en revanche, pas de salon-séjour, une petite cuisine à peine suffisante pour 4 et une salle d'eau-wc microscopique. Pas de lave-vaisselle.
Quant au jardin, inexploitable en cette saison, il apporte énormément d'ombre, ce qui nuit à la luminosité de l'espace.
Concernant l'accueil, Ambretta et Bruno sont charmants et disponibles.
Au total, un rapport qualité/prix discutable compte-tenu de l'espace restreint et des prestations offertes.

Très beau séjour!
Ambretta et Bruno sont des hôtes très sympathiques et attentionnés. Nous avons aimé notre séjour, l’appappartement est très bien situé. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la terrasse entourée de citronniers. Le wifi est seulement disponible sur la terrasse mais cela nous a très bien convenu.

We loved staying here! It is a perfect location in the historic area. Ambretta is absolutely adorable and worked with us when we needed a few fans due to the humidity from the rain. It was truly an authentic experience and worked well for us. The bathroom was a little small, and difficult to remove humidity after showering, but other than that, we absolutely loved it!! Her garden is absolutely beautiful with the hydrangeas and lemon tree. In our opinion, Monterosso is the best place to stay of the 5 towns. The pizza restaurant a few steps away is amazing!!

We can honestly highly recommend this property and will certainly stay here again when visiting Montorosso.

Adorable apartment with amazing garden. PERFECT location!
My husband and I stated at Ambretta and Bruno's apartment recently for 4 nights and could not have been happier. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Ambretta welcomed us and showed us around and also gave us restaurant recommendations. The apartment was extremely clean. My husband and I especially loved the garden and the lemon trees around the front walk way. My husband and I definitely plan on returning to this perfect apartment in Monteresso.
