About this house rental
Location, Location, Location!! We have 2 Condos available, this 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom, in the most desirable and exclusive area in Santa Barbara at West Beach, just a few steps away from the sand. Ideally located just two short blocks from the beach between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor, this romantic getaway allows you to leisurely walk to the harbor, the pier, restaurants, wine tasting or just spend your time relaxing or biking. We are also located just two blocks from the "Funk Zone", Santa Barbara's urban wine trail with over 20 wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location where you can just park your car and walk or bike. No extra fees except cleaning. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. The Condo:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom private Cottage. As you can see from the photos it is upstairs and has its own large and private 200 square foot deck. The deck is covered and functions as an additional outdoor room which has a patio table and chairs for four with beautiful views overlooking a Zen garden. The deck is a wonderful place to eat alfresco, just relax, or get some work done on your computer. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms all have tile throughout. The bedrooms all have queen size beds. It also has its own private washer and dryer.
The Condo:

This was our second time staying here and it was fantastic. Walkable to the beach, the marina, food and much more. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at this wonderful place.

Location is excellent to walk everywhere. Great food nearby. Close to harbor where our event was held. Place is immaculate and has cookware we needed for cooking breakfast and coffee. Comfy beds and lovely outdoor covered space to eat and relax outside. Stephanie is easy to communicate with and check in is a breeze. Love this place!
