The location
It was an grubby in the common areas and small but we did expect that

Excellent accommodation, perfect if you're working at the Everyman Theatre. This made an ideal base for me. An easy 5 minute walk to the theatre, airy and nicely appointed, good shower, and best of all an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Great location for Brewery Quarter and Promenade. Close to NCP car park.
Great access instructions.
No staff on site.
More like an AirB&B room rental, calling it a guest house is misleading.
Part of private function venue which was noisy and carried on into the late evening.
Bed wasn’t made up very well and had to be remade.
