When you walk in you will immediately be drawn to the wall to wall windows and door that look out on a majestic pine tree and the ski slopes of one of North America's top ski destinations. Relax at the dining table over dinner while enjoying the fireplace, warmth of the condo decor and great view! Step outside and on to the balcony where you can sit and soak up the Colorado sunshine. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area is a great place to spend time catching up with your fellow vacationers. The bedrooms, with one king bed and two twins beds (or bridged to be one king bed with notice at time of booking), are perfect for a family or group of friends traveling together. The master bedroom has a beautiful new modern en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located outside of the twin bedroom and features a double vanity sink and a steam shower. Whichever season you plan to visit Aspen this condo is an ideal location. It is just a short walk to enjoy the many shops and restaurants Aspen is famous for. The gondola can whisk you to the top of Aspen Mountain where you can enjoy skiing or snowshoeing in the winter or hiking adventures in the summer. In the spring and fall it is a short drive to amazing natural spots like Independence Pass, Ashcroft or the Maroon Bells. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a fantastic. The condo was situated very close to downtown, within short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was very comfortable and equipped with all amenities. Highly recommended for sure!

The property is even better than the photos. Spotless,
great bed, (we only used one bedroom), nice living room and kitchen and lovely little deck with late afternoon sun in one corner. Very well located. You can walk everywhere in town. Quiet. Very secure. Underground parking. Even carts to get your belongings to your condo!

The property was perfectly represented on the website and communication from the team was excellent. There was plenty of space for the three of us to relax and enjoy and the upgraded unit was very nice, especially for the price which was very fair!
The only shortcoming was the master bath wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been prior to arrival. I let the team know and I have no doubt they will have it resolved moving forward.
I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay there again.

This property is lovely. Walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time there - so much to do outdoors! - but if you want to spend coffee or cocktail time on the patio,realize that you are right on main street, and it is a busy road. Otherwise perfect!

I stayed here with my wife and grown daughter for several blissful days in Aspen. The unit is close to everything downtown, and that was super convenient. It is clean and comfortable and relatively spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and the cool mountain breezes were perfect to start the day and blow through the house (which was nice because although there is no A/C, the evening temps cool the place down nicely). Parking is convenient and covered. One bonus we discovered is the short walk to the John Denver Sanctuary. if you stay here, make sure you take the 3-minute walk to this peaceful spot on the river, which has walking paths through streams and boulders carved with lyrics and inspirational quotes.

We loved our stay!!! The condo is updated with everything we needed. They included soap for bathing, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is the best. We were downtown but right behind the unit are all of the best walking trails and some parks. We would gladly book this condo again.

Excellent location
We really liked the location of this unit and how much light the unit got being on the top floor. Even though the building is located on Main street, the unit was quiet and a very pleasant location allowing easy walking access to town. The unit was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager at check-in and during our stay was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Aspen getaway
My family and I travel a lot and we found this property to be perfect. It had everything we needed and the location couldn't be beat. I had a rental car but barely used it as we were able to walk to the mountain to ski and to the restaurants to dine. On top of it all, the management company was stellar and the unit was very clean. Will rent here again.

Beautiful condo
Management was quick to make sure our check in went well and if we needed anything. The condo was laid out beautifully though a little smaller than we anticipated. The beds were very comfortable. The master bath shower is not the best and we ended up using the hall shower that had a steam option which was great. The den was roomy with a screen TV that was perfectly positioned on the wall for viewing. The fireplace also added to the ambiance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit is compact but has the essentials and space for a small family. There are adequate kitchen supplies to prepare breakfast and lunches (dinner may be more challenging). The living and dining areas are comfortable, with a pretty view of the mountains outside the windows. The 2nd bathroom has a great steam shower with strong water pressure. There is a good selection of streaming channels on the t.v.s (HBO, Netflix, etc). The unit is located on a quiet section of Main St. and is a convenient walk into town. The management was flexible, responsive and easy to work with. Katie was our contact person and she was very helpful.
Minor drawbacks:
The condo was smaller than expected--not just the 2nd bedroom as other reviewers have pointed out, but also in the overall layout and space. In my opinion, it works for a small family but would feel tight for more than three people. When you open the front door, you are at the two bedrooms; there is no mudroom or entry way where you can leave ski boots or walking boots or even sit down to remove them.
The condo is located in a dated apartment-style building that is lacking in charm (the unit itself is more updated than the building). I was expecting a little more luxury for the cost. One recommendation would be to upgrade the quality of the kitchen pots/pans and provided supplies--the bath towels and bedding were plush enough but the quality of the shower products, paper goods, dish/laundry soap , etc. was lacking. Small details can make a difference. That said, the value of the unit may be on par for Aspen.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable and problem-free.

Very enjoyable
The location could not have been better -- ideal to walk around town to the shops and restaurants, and excellent access to the very nearby hiking paths. The kitchen in the condo is very well appointed, and some of the appliances are in new condition. The bathrooms have all been recently renovated and are stylishly appointed. The view out the back of the mountain is beautiful (though one does have to ignore the roof of the building next door).
Our only concerns were two: (1) the weather was unusually warm the nights of our stay, and so even with the fans the lack of air conditioning was somewhat uncomfortable, and (2) one of the two twin beds in the second bedroom was saggy and very uncomfortable (the bed on the left as you come through the door). One also might have hoped for a lower price for similar accommodations, but Aspen prices are generally very high and this was within market, especially given the great location. These points aside, we would certainly consider staying here again should we return to Aspen.

this is an excellent rental in Aspen conveniently located right on Main Street at the eastern edge of town and walkable to pretty much everywhere. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you can ask for, the appliances all work and the space/layout are excellent. The unit was *super* clean and well-appointed. We'll definitely stay here again.
