Guests are sure to feel Savannah's change of pace in this two hundred-year old home located in the National Landmark Historic District. Up to five Lucky guests will enjoy three bedrooms and an impressive private outdoor area, making Jasmine Place ideal for families and close friends. Park your car in a safe and secure spot behind the home and enter into your slice of Southern charm. A living room with ample seating and flat screen TV is your new gathering spot as you plan your day. Upon your return, open the French doors to the patio and enjoy the sounds of historic Savannah. A full kitchen makes cooking easy, with granite countertops and a dishwasher. A wine fridge keeps bottles cool while you're out exploring. Attached to the kitchen is a formal dining room, which comfortably seats six guests. Upstairs, all three bedrooms can be found. The first guest room has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ample closet space to unpack and feel at home. The second guest room has a Full size bed and beautiful views of the town. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, accessed from the hall. The primary bedroom is towards the end of the hall and gives two lucky guests plenty of space to sprawl out and feel pampered. The primary bath is en suite and boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity. Outside, enjoy sweet tea in the courtyard while taking advantage of the grill for dinner. Jasmine Place is the perfect place for families or close friends that might as well be family. Spend your days walking the cobblestone streets of the river front. Grab a drink to go in the City Market area while you pop in and out of shops on Broughton Street. Take a pedicab down to the Forsyth Park area and play local for a night at one of the well-frequented restaurants off the beaten path. Jasmine Place is central to it all! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a marvel built in 1816; the years have not passed. It is excellently maintained, very clean, everything works, and it is very comfortable, and it is an unforgettable experience of returning to the past. At first glance, what stands out the most is the cleanliness. Very well equipped, both in the rooms and the kitchen.​

This is a nice house, great location, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants on River Street, Bay Street and Broughton Street. We did hear traffic noise from Bay Street, but it was terrible. The only issues we had were that the home was not very clean. I observed that the railings and banister were dusty and you could actually see the accumulating dust on all of the white molding along the floors. The toilet in the main bath could have been cleaner. In addition, there were several boxes of medical supplies in the living room and in the MB, and one of the boxes was actually open with what looked to be IV bags hanging out. I did call immediately upon our check-in and sent pictures. The boxes were picked up the next day, but I did not hear anything regarding the condition of the place. This is a nice property, but the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

Three big bedrooms with comfortable beds,fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Location was amazing, we were able to walk everywhere. House was clean. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great location and property! I would stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms had fans, and the bathrooms were great. The AC worked really well. The only downside is that light sleepers would probably be bothered by some surrounding construction noise, especially on the master bedroom side, but that should be temporary. It's a lovely property with a designated parking space right behind it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we chose to rent was a very nice, quaint older home with updates. All the items you could think of to make your stay comfortable were included, beyond your basic towels there was a well-equipped kitchen, irons, vaporizors, fans, etc. The master bath, bedroom and closet were spacious, well-decorated and updated. The customer service from Lucky Savannah was excellent before, during and after our stay. They were friendly, professional, informative, attentive, easy to reach and even available at night when we had an alarm panel concern. There was a concern with construction right outside of the home, causing significant noise from the morning hours throughout the workday. This was beyond the control of Lucky Savannah, but they still went the extra mile by coming to speak with the foreman regarding what was taking place and time expectations. As a follow-up, Lucky Savannah attempted to do their best to alleviate this unexpected noise and vibration concern that kept us from enjoying the inside and outside of the home as we'd planned. The house has a very cute back porch and courtyard w/a grill which would have been enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the house and definitely Lucky Savannah.

Reviewer Comments: This property was everything we could have asked for. Prime location that was also very quiet even on the weekends. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. So much space, updated bathrooms, and a beautiful courtyard. Very clean upon arrival. Added convenience of Lucky Savannah being able to watch our bags before and after checkout which allowed us to maximize our trip. Would 100% stay here again!
