We liked the location near the beach and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The WiFi worked well. It was quiet.
It was very minimalist. There weren’t any shelves in the bathroom, shower or bedroom. There were a couple of chairs on the patio otherwise no good seating options. The tea kettle was for community use and located in the office down the hall. The refrigerator was small.

Lack of front desk means inflexible check-in options.
Issue with bathroom water leak from above room.
