The location is brilliant, in the town centre and near the places we wanted to visit (I was with an organists’ group visiting churches). The staff were lovely, unfailingly patient with my lack of Spanish!! It was good to have the 24-hour concierge service, which is good for security.
Room very clean and bed very comfortable.
I hadn’t realised there would be no food - thought breakfast would be available. I think the cost is a little high for accommodation only, but seems to be in line with other hotels in this popular tourist area. Also, no kettle or fridge - found out when leaving that the staff at Reception could have provided hot water for a drink, plus use of fridge - I should have asked earlier; at least I’ll know next time!! Would have liked a larger towel for the shower. The street can be noisy (especially when the local disco is turning out!) but that is not the hotel’s fault, and they’ve done their best with double glazing. A compromise for having a prime central location! I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic and was the best price I found in San Sebastian. Beds were really comfy and room was clean.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. It is very centrally located and near the beach.
Room 210 has a smell of sewage coming from the shower. This room should not be allowed to be rented as the smell is constant. Has no natural daylight as it’s an interior room.
