The property is in a great location with convenient parking right across the road. We visited during low season so there was no one at reception, but a phone number on the front door connected us to someone who helped us get in and collect the key without any hassle. The room was a pleasant surprise — stocked with snacks, water and fresh towels, and there was a lovely cosy outdoor space where you could sit and have lunch.
Unfortunately we had ants in the room throughout our stay — they were coming in from outside and had also made their way into the bathroom. On top of that, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the sound insulation between rooms left a lot to be desired, as we could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

Very nice location, with a great view. Welcoming hosts who provided us with all the necessary information. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, cleaned daily. The existence of the balcony was a plus. I recommend.

Easy Communication with owner. The cleaning staff bought us a small fridge as it was a heatwave and the rooms normally would not have a fridge. Some fruit and biscuits were left for us. Handy secure parking right across the road. Lovely view of San Sebastion from the shared terrace.
Was a bit noisy as it's on a busy corner up in the hills. Not as rural as you would think. No fan, no AC, mosquitos and flies which made it really hard in the heatwave. Of course a heatwave is not the fault of the hotel but fans at least should be available. Dogs barked for an hour at night. Coffee and tea making area so tiny it was difficult to even stir the cup!
