Chambres très propres Hotel bien situé avec un grand parking extérieur

Le restaurant-snack qui ne donne pas envie de consommer et le personnel n'est pas attentionné. Gros décalage de standing entre l'hotel **** et ce restaurant-snack. Les matelas un peu trop durs ... Dommage !

La localizacion y las terrazas y vistas.

Habitaciones y baños antiguos. Desayunos muy mejorables y con deficit de servicio. Precios altos para lo que se ofrece. No es un standar de 4 estrellas.

Great view of the bay

It was a bit shabby has had its day- it used to be a wedding destination but not anymore I think. The staff were ok but not exceptional, it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Nada , muy mal ubicado en la cima de una montaña de muy dificil acceso, hotel no tiene ni restaurante , ni servicio de habitaciones , ni salon de descanso ni un largo etc. No tiene las **** que anuncian , a lo sumo ** , en el baño de las habitaciones sin set de baño no champú ni otra otra cosa , solo un dispensador de gel de manos , los jardines descuidados el mobiliario muy viejo y desgastado, no lo recomiendo ni aún te regalen la estancia.

Todo era viejo descuidado y un acceso para ciclistas de montaña.Fatal en su totalidad.

Strange rule that dog not allowed to be left in the room alone. Dogs were allowed in the dining room, but although our dog is perfectly happy to be left alone in the room, this isn’t necessarily the case if he was in a dining room with other dogs. The result was that we were unable to have dinner or breakfast.

The location is amazing. It is not far from the city centre (although a car is recommended) and you have an amazing view on the ocean and city

It is a missed opportunity. As per some previous comments, it is a great 3* but it lacks some basics amenities and so on to make it a 4*, some examples: no tissue, soap, no water bottles in the rooms. The playground for kids is from the 80's and very aged (understand not safe). By the way, given the great location, they should be aiming for a 5* as it does not miss that much in terms of investment

no entrance to the garden or pool in the morning - no chance to see the sunrise. the reception was not flexible to let me in the garden - sad!

There was a wedding so we were not allowed to use some of the promised facilities. The party was very loud until 11:00 pm. The soap dispenser in the bathroom is old and did not work. One of the mattress was old and needs replacing. There was only one electric outlet next to only one side of one bed (the room was 2 single beds), the room needs some love and tender care. It looks like the hotel was great some time ago and then forgotten. We were told there are weddings every weekend, the guests should be aware of it.

It it a great place with a fabulous view.

the property exceeded our expectations, value for money is great, the view from the hotel too. the room was so spacious.

the property did not have a good restaurant, a bit cold in the common areas. the reception was more French than Spanish if you know what I mean 😁

Beautiful, nicely maintained property, nice breakfast, and very helpful staff. It had beautiful gardens and views of ocean and city views.

The location is a little far from the city. You need to take taxi or bus to city center. Else, the property is great if you like secluded gardens and relaxation. It's about 12 euros ride to city center.

you depend on having a car to go to the city center (or you can take a bus, but it was rainy and had to walk down the mountain for that)
