This place is a half block from Duval Street, where all the music/bars/restaurants/shopping is. The deck is lovely and definitely adds to the place. My complaint is that the fridge emitted a loud weird sound intermittently—during the night too. If a firm bed is a must for you, this one is not.

I am attempting to get some satisfaction with Vacasa regarding our stay. I made 2 attempts to speak with them (on-phone and in person) because our TV was not functioning . We arrived on Friday, attempted to watch TV on Saturday and with no success, contacted Vacasa who never followed up with our concerns/ or service. We checked out on Tuesday. There is documentation of our conversation.
The place is lovely but I would think VBRO would want to hear if our problem was ever resolved before another client
would want to possibly rent the unit.

This place was amazing. I wish we had more than just two nights here! The place was a perfect location and very very clean. It was actually more spacious than I expected and the deck was perfect for people watching and coffee!

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, with so much within walking distance. It was roomy enough for two people, the shower terrific, and it had everything we needed. The spirit of Key West artists is everywhere in the unit, which we loved. For those who worry about noise, this was not a problem, as "white noise" from the in-room fans blocked everything out. We hope to stay here again!

Great location. Nice and clean unit. Crazy decorations inside. No TV in bedroom. Tiny bathroom that you will hit your elbow on the toilet paper holder on if you sit on the toilet. Did not realize until after booking that there is no parking. Street parking only. Street parking is around the corner at $5 per hour or $50 overnight until 8 am. Then you have to get up and go to the meter again at 8am to pay more.

The location is perfect - and the balcony is a great private outdoor space. These two items saved this from a 1 star review. The unit was very clean when we arrived, but ants and springtail insects started invading the bathroom and kitchen soon after we used them - its Florida and to be expected to a degree. The home needs a lot of maintenance. Paint is peeling in a decent amount of locations, the air conditioners have plants growing out of them on the exterior, the couch is very worn and the bathroom needs major updating. On the morning of our check out at 7:00AM a few men arrived and started talking loudly outside our window, tried to gain access, and then got on the roof. Then they decided to start RIPPING OFF THE ROOF while we were inside. We couldn't get out due to debris and nails flying around the only exit. Our things were damaged and years of dust, soot, ceiling material, old paint and roof debris began to fall on the interior of the home through the wood slats making us cough and getting into all of our luggage and belongings as we still had 4 hours left of our rental. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL - AND DANGEROUS. Absolutely no communication from Vacasa regarding this project which is absolutely unacceptable.

Fortunately the couch cushions were very comfortable so one of us could sleep on it. Oh, and also the internet - we could connect to it, but it would NOT load ANYTHING - kept giving error messages or not enough data, etc... tried every day at different times but no improvement.
Lucky for us we didn't need to rely on it for work or other.

The very beat location and place
We made this reservation during Covid, we were not sure what to expect and it turned out to be the best vacation my wife and I took. This place is the best The deck is what we liked the most.

It was a good location. The place was comfortable. TVs took a little adjustment. I would of given a 5 but Vacasa Rental could of been a little more accommodating.

We thought the property was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the location and the upstairs balcony. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We were never able to get the tv controls to work. In the future we will call and get assistance. We would recommend this property to friends.

Great location. Within walking distance of everything. We would stay again!
Not perfect but comfortable. Maybe update mattress but aving lots of linens was great. Would suggest a small broom and inside door mat .... it rained and water from shoes tracked in. No laundry but service close by.

The location of this apartment is wonderful, and the look of it is really nice too. Unfortunately there were so many little problems and nothing got fixed or addressed until it was too late. The bedframe wasn’t even attached to the bed so we would scoot farther and farther away from the wall. There were ants literally everywhere. There was no signage for where to put trash, and no extra trash bags. The bathtub stopper did not work in the bathtub is really great if you can use it. Literally nothing was fixed even though they promised to and just never showed up. On the second to last day I reached out to the corporate office who offered to fix it but it was already our last day. Then corporate offered us 15% off our next visit which is a joke because based on last booking we will never stay at one of these properties again.
