We love the location, the property, beach , pool the restaurant, food was amazing.
Restaurant staff was short and the waiting time was a little bit longer however they were very welcoming and tried their best to minimize the wait and provide a great customer service.

Breakfast was AMAZING, all the meals were. Rachel and Shazz were particularly amazing. Some of the staff were quite nice, some not as much. There didn't seem to be a culture of service, but that may be a Wyndham issue, not sure. The location is GORGEOUS and the rustic vibe was amazing, but the location is 15 minutes away from everything. So every time you want to go somewhere, it's a $30 taxi roundtrip, which we know for next time (bring cash!!!). The pool is amazingly warm and huge, but surprisingly deep for us shorties. lol
The WiFi was surprisingly spotty in areas which was a bummer. I didn't know there was paid WiFi, but I'm glad, because it would have annoyed me to have to pay for the WiFi to work. The shower doors are those half things that create pools of water and they stopped giving us floor mats so that was problematic. It was really hard to get beach towels, as they didn't seem to have enough and you were always waiting for them to wash and dry new ones (though they were super nice about finding you to get them to you when they were dry). The Tennis Court was the truly sad part. On islands, you expect a level of infrastructure decay due to the weather, but that Tennis Court hadn't been service or cleaned in years. We had to clean giant piles of poop off before we could use it, the balls and rackets were super old and missing wraps on the handles, and they charge you to play after 6 pm when they have to turn the lights on. So we played for free in the heat on a dilapidated court that has seen MUCH better days. But at least they had one, and that was nice.

Modern feel to the rooms and swimming pool
The reception staff. They really were not good. They gave a really poor reflection of your hotel.
