The location was superb! The staff were exceptional especially Michele, Emanuela, and Daniela. On a few nights there were apertivos which we took in the garden for a very relaxing time. The place was peaceful and quiet and nicely decorated.
The room was a bit smaller than we are used to but that couldn't be helped given the building it was in.

A very clean, beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond, location is the best for restaurants, shops and top attractions. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

The location was excellent. The staff was exceptional. The morning of our departure we needed a taxi to take us to the train station. When they were unable to secure a taxi, they took us to the train station in their own car! Exceptional service!

It was clean. Michael, a staff member, was really cordial and helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the historical district.
Going to Bologna from Ravenna by train only took about an hour. Make sure you plan your Bologna trip good, otherwise, it would be a lot of walking
The weather was extremely hot. Not the fault of the hotel. While there are many restaurants, they are tourist-type restaurants instead of being local.
Do remind the hotel when booking that if you have issues walking up stairs to your room, book one on what first floor which is limited
