Good location close to a city-gate, outside the Limited Traffic Zone. Manager very helpful with parking our car: we could get a parking space in their private locked parking some 250m away. 12€ per day seems a fair price. Otherwise, no chance to park the car on a Sunday evening in October. I recommend that you reserve it.
In the room: kettle, mugs, expresso cups+saucers, spoons, glasses, coffee machine and capsules, good selection of teabags. Fridge. AC.
The window looks out onto a small private courtyard with a few chairs and tables, -so guests sit there in the evening to chat. Don't expect to sleep or open the window while they are still enjoying themselves right under your nose. This might be a problem in Summer.
Easy breakfast with a voucher, 4 minutes away across the street in a bar with a wide selection of sweet and savory baked goods. Don't expect eggs, cereal muesli or yogurth, though.
No bell nor name of the Toscanini residence on the impressive front door. It's a little disconcerting. How do I access? I had to make a phone call, and the manager came to open from somewhere. After that, we had keys and everything was fine.

Izjemna lokacija, le nekaj korakov oddaljena od znamenitosti v zgodovinskem središču mesta. Udoben, prijeten in miren apartma. Lastnica izjemno ustrežljiva in enostavno dosegljiva.
Vse je bilo super.
