The home is lovely very welcoming. Our communication is completed via whatsup and it was seamless. We arrived later then expected due to flight delays and they left clear instructions on how to enter secure front door and our room. After long travel day it was appreciated. The courtyard was so pretty. Room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious

Staff were superb. Beautiful accomodation. Very large room which was ideal for a family of four. Very nice bathroom.
Lamps need replacing as wiring is visible. My bed side lamp didnt work properly but didnt need it so wasn't concerned. Absolutely needs bed side lamps with a USB socket built in - a must for charging phones.

Everything was fantastic staff were so friendly helpful and acommodating, location was perfect for accessing all of Ravenna all in all highly recommend booking Chez Papa to anyone best feature the courtyard please stay here if you ever visit Ravenna 😊

This accomodation is a great choice to discover Ravenna. Most of the attractions are in walking distance, good brakfast and nice terrace. The room was well equipped and nicely done. It was out best accomodation during our Italian tour.
The paid parking was a bit expensive.
