Everything was very personalised. The accommodation is excellent, spacious, beautifully appointed and stylish. The staff are all amazing and can’t do enough to ensure your stay is special and memorable. The breakfasts are legendary.

Location, beautiful villa, pool area, great gated parking area, big bathroom, well equipped room, proper fridge, great restaurant suggestions and tips for como. The owner/host at check-in were absolutely amazing, helped us out with all of our questions and requests. Surprise bitters for the end of day when we came home to the villa was also a nice touch. All in all truly a wonderful place to stay at como.
The staff at breakfast/check-out were horrible. Just the worst. They made us feel unwelcome and hurried us to leave the hotel even though we still had time till the end of check-out. They wouldn’t even let us pack our bags in the car before checking out. They basically took our room keys. I went to the reception to ask if we could leave the car parked here for an extra hour or so, but by the time I finished my sentence, the lady had already prepared the credit card payment on the machine. It was an awful experience. We felt like second class citizens even before checking out. Then we had to ask for assistance to pack the car as they took away our keys so we could no longer exit and enter the premises freely. Agh. Just awful hospitality. Shameful end to an otherwise charming stay.
Only complaint about the villa itself is that our room (the Junior Suite) had an air condition unit that was terribly loud and it smelled dewy/musty. It was really not fitting to an otherwise exceptional place.
