Great location. Big apartment but old.

Flat is huge and very central

Basic and very convenient

The apartment is in a great position, next to the main station and metro line from/to the airport, just off the old town, towards the City of Arts and Science. There are cafés and supermarkets close by.

The apartment is spacious and clean, but could do with some improvement, with only a few touches here and there (wiring, sofa, better pillows, mattress in main bedroom, etc.). Providing some extras such as more toiletries (2 mini shampoos, 2 mini shower baths, 1 mini soap bar for 4 people for 5 days wasn't quite a lot!) and maybe some washing up material, just to mention a couple, would also be a standard plus.

Not everyone had comfortable stay in the flat.

Location is very good and part of the flat is amazing, balcony and huge window with a street view and architectural pearl Casa Judía. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms are also okay.

The fact that there are 3 rooms which are not so fine. There was no information that 2 rooms have windows to lift shaft and it’s dark there because of that. It should have been mentioned. No air conditioning and no possibility to let some fresh air in.

La vicinanza al centro storico, pochi minuti a piedi. 100 metri dalla arena e 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale.

I 91 scalini (purtroppo l'ascensore era guasto e in riparazione per diversi mesi).

Ottima posizione. Appartamento molto grande, pulito con biancheria di qualità e silenzioso.

L' appuntamento ha solo 3 difetti: non tutti gli avvolgibili si potevano chiudere, non tutti i letti si potevano considerare comodi, uno dei divani era inutilizzabile.

El ruido, y escasez de utensilios cotidianos (mantel, servilletas....) interruptores mal puestos y cables sueltos( peligroso para los niños), persianas rotas
