An oasis of tranquility overlooking Kusadasi

Everything!!! - Amazing view: We could see the entirety of Kusadasi and the ocean from our living room and balcony area. When you get to the roof where the pool is, the view is even more amazing! - Amazing apartment: The balcony is huge and offers a lot of space to sit outside, whether to have breakfast or whatever else. We had functional AC in the living room and both bedrooms, it offered us great pleasure when temperatures were high. The bathroom is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen area, including dining are, is massive. It offered us everything we needed to prepare our own meals. (Though, of course, eating out is preferable when in Türkiye.) They have their own private pool on the roof! We didn't see anyone else when we were there, could be a seasonal thing though. The water was rather cold, but when it's over 30° outside it should be fine. And while it is on the roof, because there aren't that many buildings higher than you, you don't feel watched. The 2-person bed was great. Didn't try the single beds. I'm a difficult sleeper, beds are just often never it, but had good nights of rest here. Do be mindful though that while this is a very quiet area, I did hear loud music from what I assume were Kusadasi clubs? I have no idea how loud it had to be to reach all the way up here... FWIW: My partner didn't notice it, so maybe it's just me. Point is, having some plugs with you JUST IN CASE won't hurt, which should be a universal rule anyway. TL;DR: You can definitely tell that this place puts its visitors' comfort on place numero uno. - Amazing staff: Zafer will answer any questions you may have The entire complex is kept spotless clean. Your rubbage can be placed outside of your front door, and it'll get cleaned up before you can say Jack Robinson. - Amazing parking: They have their own private garage. You get a remote key with which you can come and go whenever you please.

we stayed 3 nights and loved the property. Would want to stay longer in warmer weather. look forward to coming back soon

all amenities available. we did not meet the owner / manager, however Zafer was excellent and told us everything we required via WhatsApp. The apartment was modern, well equipped, spotlessly clean and just a very pleasant place to stay. Even though the apartment is towards the back of the building, the building design still allows uninterrupted views to the sea. We were very relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We selected ocean view room and the view was breathtaking. Zafar made the check-in very easy. he also helped to drive down to the city centre in buying SIM card. rooms are big, and two bedroom enough for family of 4. the only disadvantage is that, it only got one bathroom. else everything was super. Got full kitchen, washing machine in basement. location is close to city centre and taxi is easily available. highly recommended

We like this accommodation because we are familiar with where it is, what is provided and the friendly welcome. Last time we stayed in a larger apartment and loved it

We stayed in a smaller not so modern or well kept apartment this time. There were small things such as damp smell, cupboards needs readjusting, only warm water.

Great apartment with an amazing view

The apartment was clean and nice. From the balcony you will have a very nice city/beach view with the beautiful sunset! definitely a great place! Zafer was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Until the next time!

The apartment contains everything you need for a short stay. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the old town from the balcony of the apartment. The rooftop pool is great.

The building in which the apartment is located is on a hill, with a very steep driveway. You have to be in good condition, or use car to get there.

very clean , helpful staff , amazing sea view. i would return definitely.

the only thing I can fault is the walk up and down to the town there is very steep roads to be walking up to the apartment. taxi was only €3 up and down if you wanted to avoid doing it at all.

Modern apartment. Parking in the basement and swimming on the roof. Coast base for a tour of Ephesus

We did not use breakfast. Apartment in an apartment building fully equipped. Large balcony overlooking the sea. Rooftop pool, I recommend you try. The apartment is preferably for 2 people. There were three of us and the living room was tighter. Parking in the garage was provided. When entering and leaving the garage, expect a steep road around the house.

Brilliant week in Kusadasi

Very clean and comfortable apartment with a wonderful sea view. Easy parking. Easy to walk to the sea front where there are many good quality restaurants at reasonable prices.

Satnav is a pain because roundabouts often don't look like roundabouts

A perfect stay . I couldn’t fault anything

The apartment was absolutely spotless with the most amazing views. Zafer was an incredible host . Can text him anytime you need help with anything . Very friendly and gave loads of recommendations to eat etc on arrival. I would book again without any hesitation . The pool was immaculate aswell .

Perfect stay in Kusadasi

Everything! An absolutely perfect place! The host was very welcoming and friendly, showed us everything and even shared some useful info about the town. The terrace gives you a fantastic view over the seaside and the city. Good indoor parking.

Amazing apartment and staff could not have been nicer 👍big thanks to Zafir who looks after the apartments.

Comfortable and a view that was amazing.

Last 3 days were a nightmare due to a child upstairs. Child was up from 7am running about ..... so that was us up too. You really don’t want to wakened at that time in the morning.
