Clean staff excellent. Checked on you every day to make sure everything is okay. A/C up and down which you need. Sorrento not known for beaches, they are mostly at the bottom of steep cliffs. There is a beach close by and an elevator within 50m down to it for 1 euro.
Longer term stays they should provide clean towels etc. Not charge 45 Canadian 30 euros. It is an apartment so I get their point. When I questioned it they did provide towels no charge. It is about 4 km from the center of Sorrento but in a very quiet location. Taxis are expensive, over 40 Canadian dollars for a 5-minute ride. They charge more after 8:00 p.m. A bus stop is within a few hundred meters, which is much cheaper.

We had a fantastic stay at Relais Kaora, the room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect of a guesthouse and more.

Staff and site were lovely tucked away up a quiet little street a lovely little sanctuary to relax in after a hot day out.
Location was a bit trickier to get to, while everything was within a 5-10min walk these are along busy roads sometimes with no real footpath (pretty normal for parts but harder to navigate with small children) and in the heat it makes 10min walks feel like a lot longer. Taxi drivers only drop off and pick up from end of road (5min walk with bags/kids). But 10 min walk to beach and bagnis and lovely restaurants or bus/train into Sorrento. We did walk into Sorrento one day also.
