Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Our family of 8 spent Christmas through New Year’s in this beautiful roomy home. Even though it was chilly outside we still managed beach time and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There was lots of pool time for the youngest and the hot tubs were wonderful. Everything we needed was right there with a major grocery shopping we stayed in playing games and watching football. We would definitely like to do this again. Our big outing was to OWA water/amusement park that was amazing for the. We had 5 adults, a 15 year old, a 12, and a 6 year old. Lovely furnished home.

Very nice condo and had no issues during our stay. That said I prefer VRBO rentals where you can have contact with the actual property owner after the reservation is confirmed to ask any questions about details of the property that you might have rather than having to deal with an agent from a big corporation. This system was efficient but very in-personal.

We enjoyed the condo so much! The views were spectacular, saw dolphins daily! The ice make was amazing. Our family loved eating out on the balcony, the table was perfect. The beds and bedrooms were very nice. The pools, both indoor and out were a big hit with all of us. We enjoyed the waterslide very much. The only thing I would add if I was the owner would be beach service. It would have been nice to utilize chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

The room looked just like the pictures on line.The only suggestion we have is more kitchen towels and we had problems getting all the televisions on and of. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay . Definite will return.

Celebrating 45th wedding anniversary with kids and "grands"...we worried for months about cleanliness, elevators, beach. Everything was absolutely top notch. Very clean, fast elevators...never much waiting and the beach was awesome. The condo actually was almost perfect. The only (very minor) thing would have been nice to have hooks in the bathrooms or one of those retractable clotheslines for wet swim suits and towels. Otherwise...everyone was so happy. It was a great celebration trip!!

What a beautiful condo with great amenities. Indoor pool and outdoor pool with the giant slide, right next to the beach. We had a crew of 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. The balcony view was incredible during an evening thunderstorm.

This condo was very spacious and accommodated our special needs equipment for our grandson and still allowed plenty of room for our family. It’s beautifully decorated and has the BEST VIEWS through all the floor to ceiling windows. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need is there. I put 4 stars for cleaning because we had a toddler and the floors hadn’t been mopped and were dirty. But otherwise, the condo was perfect for our six person family. One bedroom has two queen beds instead of a king but it was fine. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely place!

We loved our stay here at Phoenix Rentals. We would stay again. The view was amazing and we cooked in most nights so there was plenty of space for the 8 of us to eat in the kitchen and lots of cookware, even a stock pot to do a seafood boil. We could've used more towels, however, and the cleaners did an okay job getting ready for us, maybe pay a little more attention (the floors were dirty and the kitchen could use a little more attention). We stayed on the 15th floor and it was super quiet. We would return.

Beautiful views, not too far to walk or drive to grocery stores, restaurants and fun. The condo was beautiful, clean and maintenance person was right there when we had an issue with the furnace. The oven had a heating issue, and the dryer could be replaced. All in all, we loved our place.

This condo looks just like the online photos. It is designed and furnished beautifully. Quite spacious for 9 of us. The view from the living room and the balcony was worth the trip alone! The kitchen was so easy to work in. At one point, I realized 5 of us were cooking in there, and we never bumped into one another in the kitchen.
The ground floor, pool and hot tub were lovely. Easy access to the beach. Michael, the property manager we worked with, was absolutely fantastic and so accommodating to everything we needed.

The views from the condo were gorgeous and the accommodations were superb. The only suggestion I have is that more towels are needed, when u have 11 people staying for a week one towel per person is not enough especially when u have teenage girls. We will definitely book this condo again.

We have searched for 5 years to find a place that can be our vacation every year. All 13 of us agreed that this place is where we will try and stay every year. From the check in to check out, we didn’t have a complaint. It was the nicest condo we have stayed in and the most polite staff we have ever dealt with!

From booking, to checking in, it was a seamless process.
The condo was clean, gorgeous (or a high end condo as my Dad referred to it), and plenty big for 6 kiddos (ages 18 months-8) and 6 adults.

There was plenty of room for all 12 without feeling cramped. Great kithchen supplied well with nice appliances and dishes. Sofas outdated and worn but still comfy. Beautiful views all around. Highly recommend this property

Family Vacation
Everything was just as the online pictures. Beautiful condo, lots of room for 10 people. Beautiful view from balcony. The only downside was we all felt like it needed to be vacuumed before we got there, sand on the floor. Countertop needed to be wiped down. It wasn’t anything major, I’m sure the owner paid someone to clean before we got there but they missed a couple of things.

But those were minor inconveniences, and overall our experience was great!!! We will be back!!

disappointed / cleanliness is not a priority
I had no problems with this rental... until I arrived. I have stayed at the Phoenix a few times; when this East Corner 4BR was available we thought we would try it out. Few suggestions for the owners/rental company: when you pay what your charging I think you can at least supply a day of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters that can be used on the coffee machine you provided, etc... you have a 4:30pm check-in and you have to unpack with 12 people and then run to the grocery store because you cannot make it till morning is not how vacation should start. House cleaning was just horrible, sand everywhere, no broom, dirty windows, not clean bathrooms, and an unfortunate incident when moving a bed over you find fecal matter smeared on the wall and on the back of the bed… is a mood killer and just disgusting! But wait you go to the grocery store and spend $750+ to come back to a nice note on the icebox door from the owners that named their icebox? "...it takes a while for the ice box to recover, it has to catch up… but it will"; 6 hours later we are putting food in coolers because food was in the danger zone for way too long. The next morning 15 hrs. later it was cool, but do not open too long or you will lose the chill? Buy a new fridge... in the span of a week over $1500 in groceries for a family of twelve and we kept meat and perishables in a cooler. Let us go to the pool...train wreck with no security, people from the beach using the slide and pool. We had to complain... to get someone to kick fifteen teenagers out. What is the point of the wristband if anybody can walk-in... ultimate chaos? OVERALL: beds were comfortable, bathrooms were sufficient, kitchen needs work in cleanliness, living room & kitchen table/chairs need a good cleaning. The outdoor grill area was clean and worked perfectly for outdoor BBQ, fantastic location... get the cleanliness, icebox and security under control and I would recommend to a friend.
