This beautifully remodeled condo will ensure a comfortable and worry free vacation. This is a large 1 bedroom plus an additional den, 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The kitchen features new granite counter tops and hickory cabinets. Stocked with all needed for that perfect family meal, it will not disappoint. Also included for your convenience is a ski locker and one of the few Rockies properties that has an in unit washer and dryer. Without a doubt, this ski condo will fit your family perfectly. The living area, features leather furniture, including sleeper sofa and love seats. The focal point is the gas fireplace, mellow and cozy for the whole family to gather around. There is a large balcony off the living area with views of the beautiful Yampa Valley and Emerald Mountain. The first bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with attached nice granite/ tile bathroom and flat screen TV. The large master bedroom is at the end. The full bathroom is right across the hall with beautiful granite counter tops. The complex is just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area/Gondola Square (5 minute walk) and features large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is a sand volleyball court on the back. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom: Queen Second Bedroom: Twin Over Full Bunk Bed Living Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa DISTANCE TO SKI AREA: 500 yds. to the Ski Area DISTANCE TO FREE CITY BUS STOP: Right Across the Parking Lot DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN: 2.5 Miles A/C: NO (The Vast Majority of units in Steamboat do not have A/C and it is usually not needed. Fans Available in the unit.) MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CARS ALLOWED: 1 per unit only. No trailers allowed! *As of 2023/2024 Ski Season, this unit will have access to a 5 person Ski Locker located at the Gondola Base. The ski locker will be able to fit 5 pairs for skis or snowboards and it comes with boot dryers as well. *One Parking Pass/Space included STR License: STR20230871

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Retretia was able to supply humidifiers when requested before we arrived. There was only a short 10 minute walk to the gondola. We were able to relax in the two hot tubs after coming back from the slopes.

We stayed at this adorable condo over Christmas break with our teen and adult children. We had a lovely time visiting with friends and skiing. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable. I loved the pictures of the family. I would recommend you check for the proper locker and locker access information. It was out of date and needed to be updated. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

Easy, clean, great location. The place was fairly bare bones in terms of accommodation. There was no body wash, no extra blankets, and the duvets and pillows were fairly uncomfortable. But overall, a nice property.

The property was perfect for our vacation. Clean and well kept. Every amenity we needed. Also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and volleyball court. Location was super convenient! Will definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to Steamboat.

We loved the cabin feel the console offered, and shout out to the House Keepers because we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was when arrived. Steamboat Springs offers a lot of things to do and see, such as Strawberry Park's natural Hot Springs, hiking trails (I recommend Fish Creek Falls) and an adorable town boasting several unique restaurants. So it was very nice to be able to soak in one of the community hot tubs. I definitely recommend this place.

I have booked through VRBO/homeaway plenty and have learned how to place appropriate expectations on our rentals. However, I missed the mark on this one. WiFi didn’t work for two days, recliner was broken, second bedroom more of a closet. “Large livIng and dining room” implies there is a dining room which there wasn’t nor was the living room large. Owners did a nice job of decorating this apartment and it was quite clean. Retretia, The management company, did a nice job of attempting to manage our issues. Although I feel badly listing my concerns and I’m sure the owners are lovely people, I would suggest that a more appropriate description of the place would have left us significantly less disappointed.

Furniture was too big for the rooms The bunk bed was a good idea but difficult to access upper bed and fold out couch had air mattress that was not easily filled just wat too small for 5 people and. Onway 6 would fit in there

We picked this condo because we liked the online pictures and wanted 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The actual condo didn't disappoint - modern, clean, and nicely decorated. Great location - can walk to slopes and to shopping area. Condo situated very close to the pool area but in a way that you don't hear noise from the pool area. Would stay here again.

Loved the condo! It was home away from home. Great location, right on bus route, downtown, and gondola. Quieter than the gondola hotels would have been. At at McKnights, a couple blocks away, which I highly recommend. Both check in and condo were easy to find.Lots to do and see but was so nice to get back to the condo to rest between activities. They thought of everything, CD's, fans, bedding, well appointed kitchen and baths.

We went to Steamboat to do some skiing. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle that took us to the slopes was a one minute walk from the condo unit. The unit was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Retreatia for your vacation rental.

Wonderful and cozy, close to slopes

I stayed here for a three-night getaway in the winter. We walked to the slopes each day, it's only about a 10 minute walk and faster than the shuttle (but the shuttle is convenient too). It's nicely appointed and the kitchen has everything you'd need. Plenty of towels and although the condo is small, it feels very spacious. Retreatia was easy to work with.

Our favorite condo we've ever stayed at - we stayed at the Rockies and it was a great condo. It was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The second room has bunk beds which is great if you have 2 kids. The Rockies is on the purple bus line which has a close stop and never crowded so getting to and from Steamboat base is easy. We'd stay there again.
