The living room is complete with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a fireplace. The perfect place to relax after an eventful day filled with all that Steamboat has to offer! In the master bedroom you will find a comfy queen bed with luxury linens and all new furnishings. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with new mattresses and a twin bed over a full on the bottom with appropriate linens provided. For your travel convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit and free secure wireless internet, as well. Just outside the front door is a secure personal ski locker to accommodate all of your outdoor toys. Located on the inviting complex grounds, are a heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Additionally, there is barbeque grill for your enjoyment. Another extra and very important amenity is the free Steamboat Shuttle which is literally within steps of the complex. It can transport you up the mountain or into downtown every 20 minutes. No need to fight traffic or worry about parking...this convenient shuttle will bring you directly to and from gondola in under 5 minutes. If you are looking for a departure from the chaos of city living for a few days or a few weeks, this is the perfect comfortable retreat for you and your family. We absolutely enjoyed our time in this unit with our young children! So much intentional thought was put into the amenities and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect for all of our biking/river tubing/exploring downtown. The only reason I give it four out of five is because there was no AC and the nights got uncomfortably hot. Other than that we loved it. Would stay again.

We would not stay here again without several changes being made. First of all, the portable AC unit was completely out of water and was running when we came in. Had we not added a few gallons of water we are not sure what would have happened to the unit. We were sorely disappointed in the spare bedroom. There was a box spring being used as a mattress. There is no way to sleep on that with any sort of comfort. Therefore, two people had to sleep on the couch out front. Thankfully, the couch was big enough to fit the two people. Towels were small, cheap and not even hotel quality. The electric outlet for one of the lamps in the front room was shorting out and the light would not stay on without wiggling cords and rigging it just so to stay on. We had no trouble finding the unit and the instructions to enter were fine. We couldn't do anything about the noise but it was loud all night with people outside and traffic on the main road. Consideration of a later check out time would be better, however, that is another issue we don't control. We truly would expect some sort of refund for the inconvenience of the poor bed alone. This was definitely not a comfortable stay.

Nice condo very convenient to the ski hill and downtown area. Parking was convenient, and bus stop right out front for the free shuttle was great too. Condo was cozy and furnished with all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was really clean, very close to the ski resort with the shuttle right outside the door. The couch was actually big enough to fit all four of us when we were hanging out. You can see the resort from the balcony - very pretty at night.

The condo location is very good, only a few mins from the ski lifts by car. There is free shuttle bus stop in front of the condo. The condo is very cozy perfect for small family(4-6 people), beds are comfortable and clean. The new sofa in the living room is also very big and comfortable. Steve/Geri the owner of the condo are very thoughtful. Bathrooms have all amenities, plenty of clean towels and kitchen are stocks. We had problem with bathroom sink, Steve≥ri went above and beyond to fix the issue. I would recommend this condo and we will back to stay here again!!!

Came up to Steamboat from Denver for the weekend and had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Good location close to the ski area and town, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful little condo with great location right on the bus route. Hosts were communicative and easy to work with. Kids loved the timber bunk beds. We'd definitely stay again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. A lot of little extras included... soaps, paper goods, lots of towels. The place is a little dated but, for the purpose, it is perfect. Close to slopes, great rate, extra little details... 5 stars for sure!
