I really liked, I recommend this place, quite,comfortable,the staff very friendly and helpful,beautiful and very safe place,I'll be back I promise.

Pleasant, helpful front-desk staff who, coincidentally, were also fluent in English. Quiet clean neighbourhood in the University sector with many parks nearby. One block from the tram line. The excellent Fine Arts Museum (Museo des Bellas Artes) is several blocks away. The interesting historical sector is an approximately 25 to 30 minute walk away. The economical and almost-new tram can get you somewhat closer. Fully-equipped kitchen. About two blocks from a new-in-2022 Lidl grocery store. Another grocery store is nearby. Economical token-operated laundromat in basement. Buy the needed tokens at front desk.

No air conditioning or cross ventilation, but window can be opened wide. Proving each room with a fan would be a help.

Simple stay for just spent the night. Bed, shower and water. More is not needed although is has a kitchen to prepare a meal if you like. It is just a student room on a campus which wasn't in use by a student. Personal is very nice and helpful.

One room didn't have hot water and one room didn't have towels. But we used the shower and towels in the other room so for us it was allright.

The location is good and the staff is kind.

It wasn't the cleanest, more as if they mostly change the towels and sheets, and nothing else. The staff was kind, the city is great, and so was the location. It wasn't terrible but just expensive for what you get.

Bunk beds were hung with scotch tape and we felt a little insecure...

Staff attention.

It is situated in the big University park, beautiful and tranquil.

The shower base is about 14 inches high. To step in and out will require strong legs and knees.
