Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Comfortable queen beds in each bedroom. Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee pot and all necessary cooking items. Smart TV and internet provided. Coffee bar with coffee and all supplies provided. Comfortable living room seats 4 comfortable. The back covered patio is great for lounging or dining. Electric grill is provided. Firepit is available when fires are allowed by city/state. The home is on a quiet street in the bustling Old Town neighborhood. Very short walks to Old Town Square, the Bosque hike/bike trail along the Rio Grande, St. Clair Winery, numerous restaurants, micro breweries, shops, etc. Just 2 miles to downtown, 3 miles to UNM, and 4 miles to Nob Hill. Easy access to both I-40 and I-25. Perfect location for seeing the entire city, or on a stop over to Santa Fe, Taos, etc.

Jenifer offers a cute 1940s bungalow in walking distance to all that Old Town has to offer. The beds are comfortable and she stocks the house with all necessities - so thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed the back patio, too. It’s perfect lodging for two couples or two friends who appreciate their own bedroom and bath.

We were in walking distance from Old Town. We were close to all of the museums, and area attractions. It was a safe area to walk around. The house was clean, cozy and the beds were comfortable. The owner is very easy to talk with and accommodating. We plan on renting the house again the next time we are in town.

This was a lovely property, inside and out! The listing does not do it justice. The backyard is huge and everything is decorated very nicely. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the main shower are great. Kitchen is fully stocked

It is very close to old town, wonderful restaurants and a short commute to other activities that we enjoyed. The house itself was as described in the listing and had everything that we needed during our stay. We would definitely choose this location again.

Location very close to Old Town. Easy access to interstate. Comfortable. Nice back yard. Quiet. If you plan to cook, there was only oil and salt and pepper. No food storage containers or bags/wrap. Kitchen is nicely equipped otherwise. Found the heat tended to overheat the bedrooms (February). Would stay again.

The whole process was a breeze. Great location, convenient to all the sights. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of supplies for bathroom, washer, and kitchen. Loved the place and enjoyed hanging out in the evening! Would definitely stay again!

This house was exactly what we needed (two couples) for our stay in Albuquerque. Walking distance to Old Town. Very quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed playing cards on the back patio area!
