A Family Haven with a View

Our recent stay at this apartment was nothing short of spectacular. With a family of five, including 2 adults and 3 children, we were delighted to find ourselves in a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment, complete with a terrace boasting an enchanting cityscape view. From start to finish, our experience was a true delight. The apartment was a haven of comfort and elegance, providing ample space for all of us. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the airy ambience added a touch of serenity to our stay. While air conditioning was not available, the thoughtfully provided fans ensured that our accommodation remained cool and comfortable at all times. The hotel's strategic location was a definite plus. Being within walking distance to local shops and the exciting Aqualand meant that our days were filled with joy and adventure. Additionally, the 20-minute stroll to the beach and bustling strip offered a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, making every moment memorable. A standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the staff's exceptional service. Always attentive and eager to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help added an extra layer of warmth to our experience, making us feel truly at home. Our nights were undisturbed by any noise, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep and wake up refreshed. This peaceful environment was a welcome surprise, providing a serene haven after our eventful days of exploration. This apartment is an absolute gem for families with small children. With its spacious and pristine rooms, convenient location, dedicated staff, and serene ambiance, it offers an unforgettable retreat. We left with hearts full of cherished memories and a strong desire to return. A resounding recommendation for families seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility!

It's worth noting that the apartment's hillside location is a fantastic opportunity to get some steps in and enjoy a bit of exercise. However, for those with mobility concerns, a taxi would be a wise choice to navigate the incline comfortably. Taxis are generally cheap!

Would be good if there was a bar.. for drinks and snacks.. they do have some however if noone about you cannot buy them.. air conditioning would also be a bonus as the fan in the bedroom not strong enough and also had dust on the vents

Great views, and local sites

Lovely location, a lot of steps to the room but so clean and huge balcony. Great places around to eat and drink! Pool is stunning but a little cold...

unfortunately the toilets overflowed on our first morning, property were so quick and great to fix but it did leave a not so nice smell in both bathrooms.

Really enjoyed our stay ****

Our two bedroom apartment was really excellent, we arrived late in the evening and found some snacks and drinking water left in the fridge. The apartment is spacious, well equipped & maintained and looked very clean and fresh. Beds, including sofa-bed was very comfortable too. The pool didn't get too busy so we had a nice relaxing stay with other members of our family also staying in a one bedroom apartment (they loved it too). There are plenty of good local bars & restaurants within walking distance (downhill) and are very reasonably priced. Beach area (Port) is also really nice and well worth a visit. The Siam shopping mall is close enough and is great to visit if you fancy a bit of retail therapy.

The apartment is located on a steep hill, walking down to the town or beach is easy, but getting back is a different story. (Taxi's are cheap, less than 5 euro).

quiet, clean, home from home, be aware it’s up a steep hill, but you CAN make it! pool was lovely

flat 207b was clean, spacious and well equipped. great view from balcony and close to all amenities. there are shops close by, as well as a short walk to the town and sea front.

there is a glassed area which runs from the bottom to the top of the two storeys, which means noise and light pollution can be an issue if residents in the flat below, acting like an echo chamber. everything else was great.

Not worth staying.

Did not clean the room as agreed. If the day raining the room will leaked badly. The staff opened the door with the key without knocking and locked the guest in the room.

Amazing views in Tenerife

Views were great. Flexible and responsive hosts. Apartment was very tidy and cozy with an amazing balcony. Shower is top.

not enough furniture, small tables etc a lot of stairs but that can’t be helped. pool needs attention.

A great place for a family holiday or a romantic weekend alike

The apartment was well designed, recently refurbished, sparkling clean, very spacious. We loved the huge beautiful terrace with barbecue, a balinese bed, sun beds, a cosy hammock. Everything, hammock included has been washed and immaculately clean. There was a washing machine and a drying rack in a small patio adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. There’s a big flat screen TV with Netflix. The hotel has 3 swimming pools with seawater and sun beds around them. 3 min walk to Aqualand and 5 min drive to Siam Park. We loved this place.

Fantastic accommodation and staff.

The apartments were excellent and extremely spacious. Both apartments had immensely large balconies with hammocks and ample loungers and chairs, and lovely see views. The bathroom was also very large and the bedrooms were modern and freshly decorated. All appliances looked to be like new and everything was spotless. Towels for the pool and to shower with could be changed as frequently as you wanted and the cleaner came and changed the sheets and gave a general clean up. We also had a visit from the maintenance man to check if all was working. The staff at Haciendas couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. From a free early check in to a free late check out and also a call to the local chemist for our son who was sick. After a very bad start to our holiday due to Booking.com leaving us without accommodation and having to sleep in our hire car overnight, The Haciendas staff certainly made up for it. Maybe Booking.com staff could learn some customer service skills from the Haciendas team.

There are lots of steps and it is fairly steep. Not really suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.
