Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, we had a 3 bed penthouse with the jacuzzi it was very nice and would love to think about staying there again if we went back to Tenerife
It’s up a steep hill, this is the only down side.

We loved our accomodation, the pools, bar and restaurant. Everywhere was really clean (and I am a bit of a clean freak) Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our terrace was fab and the beds were really comfy which I don't often find abroad.
The walk up the hill - we did it a few times but then just resorted to taxis!

The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Loved the view from our terrace and the apartment was superb.
It is located up a very steep hill, walking down was ok but had to get taxi back up the hill. Taxis were very good price though so was not a problem.
