I had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The room was super clean, and even though we only stayed for 3 nights, they still cleaned the room during our stay, which I really appreciated.
The neighborhood felt very safe and was away from the really touristy areas, while still being easy to access.
One of my favorite things was the completely keyless system. The entrance to the building and the room were all accessible through your smartphone, so there was no need to carry a key around. I found this incredibly convenient.
Communication with the owner was also very easy. He was kind, helpful, and always responded quickly whenever we needed something.
The location was great for me since I enjoy walking. You can walk to the center of Rome in around 15–20 minutes at a relaxed pace, and the Colosseum is about 15 minutes away, maybe even less. There are also Lime bikes and scooters everywhere, which makes getting around very easy.

The location is great, super close to Porta Metronia and San Giovanni station, easy to get to the Colosseum and Termini station. The neighbourhood is very calm. There is a supermarket nearby. The self-serve access to the building and to room works very well. AC in the room. First-aid kit available in the room. The building is super calm.
