Situated in Oceanside, this attractive house for $915 per night is a great option for your next break. Just remodeled and freshly decorated, this beautiful 3 BR single family beachfront home features a brand new kitchen, a stunning and expansive oceanfront great room, brand new driftwood plank floors, and three brand new, stunning bathrooms. With one King bed and three Queen beds, this beachfront home will provide all the sleeping needs you have. The home really is ON the beach, without a street or sidewalk between you and the ocean. This is a rental you will want to return to year after year. A private home and backyard including the private fire ring are yours alone to use and enjoy. To assure your vacation is worry-free, this beautiful beach property is professionally managed by Oceanside Beach Rental. We can have a maximum of 8 people on this property including visitors. To assure safety and privacy we have contactless check-in The oceanfront great room has a large dining table, a breakfast bar for quick meals, and two different sofa sitting areas. One sofa grouping is for watching the waves and the other sofa grouping is for watching the flat-screen TV. For parking, there is an attached garage. The three bedrooms are freshly decorated with white duvets and bedding and all new furniture. The master bedroom with a king bed features a breathtaking ocean view and a door that opens onto the beach so you can listen to the waves as you sleep and an en suite bath! The second bedroom has two queen beds with a door that also features a stunning beach view and opens onto the ocean view deck and our third bedroom also has a queen with a window so you can also enjoy the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep. We provide cots for extra guests. Two huge decks plus a PRIVATE sand area and fire ring provide all you could wish for in a beachfront home. For those with young kids, we have beach toys. This is an amazing oceanfront property. This San Diego beach rental and beachfront vacation rental is all close to major San Diego attractions and theme-parks including Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, San Diego Sea World, San Diego Balboa Park, Coronado, San Diego, the Downtown San Diego Gas-lamp district, and so much more! If you want to take a drive north, you can visit the quaint coastal towns of San Clemente California, Laguna Beach, California and Newport Beach California, or spend the day at Disneyland California, Knotts Berry Farm, or Universal Studios! If you are a golfer, there are some world-famous San Diego Golf Courses, or rent a bicycle and take an adventure on one of the Bike Paths in San Diego, or try your surf skills with a Surfing Lessons. The home is located in the heart of the beach community in Oceanside. You have the ability to easily walk or bike ride to all the fun places to eat. Although we would like to, We can not predict Mother Nature so we make no guarantees about the weather, the level of sand, the amount of the sand and rock, or the appearance of the beach or access to the public beach.

Breathtaking views and nice interior. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Nice appliances and comfy beds for an VRBO. 2 of the 3 rooms are ocean view. We had 4 kids and if they were any younger (4.5) I would have been worried about the danger of the rocks. They are steep and then the beach was fully rock this time of year (Oct); once we went and bought water shoes this was all manageable. No air conditioning, we were confused that it had thermostat listed and thought that meant air conditioning. Went and bought several fans. Meals on the patio are divine.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are unbeatable, we watched the sunset every night while we ate and enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. Plenty of room, well stocked big kitchen, I will definitely go back to this gem of a house

Home was perfect for our needs! Appreciated that there were beach towels there. The 4-year-old loved playing in the sand in the backyard. When the tide was low each day, we could enjoy several hours down on the beach before the tide started coming back in.

We had a great few days staying on the beach. Everything we needed was included with the rental. When the tide was low the kids played on the beach and in the water. When it was high tide everyone relaxed on the sandy area above the rocks. We would love to stay there again the next time we stay in Oceanside.

The house is nicely updated and extremely clean. However the outdoor furniture is plastic mismatched junk. We have stayed in many Oceanside properties and never have they had such low budget furniture. A outdoor sofa and a couple of heaters would really elevate the experience. I personally would not stay here again for the rate we expected a better outdoor living area.

Great place to stay to watch and hear the ocean right there in front of you. We had one problem this time we went to heat the oven up and someone had left food in to go box from the previous renter in the oven and it caught on fire before we noticed it. We weren't able to cook the meal we had prepped for that night and had to eat out management agency could not get someone out to clean the oven until the following day. We ended up cleaning the oven ourselves call my it was a mess. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay very comfortable beds.

The house was amazing, so spacious for all 5 of us. We had plenty of room and loved the large balcony with sliding doors to listen to the ocean 24/7. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, glasses, dishes and cookware. Having a bathroom on the main floor was perfect. One of the most favorite features was the beach area at the lowest level. When the tide was out you could get down the rocks to the water. Truly fantastic location and home! Can't wait to book again!!

This property was perfectl for our first family vacation. Beautiful close-up view of the ocean. Plenty of living space for everyone. Nice private backyard beach with chairs for everyone. We really enjoyed this house with close proximity to everything. We definitely will be back.

This was a great place. The pictures made it look like its was one level, which it is not. The main deck is the top story, but FABULOUS views!!! This place was well stocked with everything you need and we had no issues. Would highly recommend.

We were blown away when we entered the house... very clean and inviting and the view of the ocean is breathtaking. Management was very responsive for the few questions we had. We would definitely consider renting this place again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely lovely! South Oceanside is a spectacular location with lots to do within walking distance. The house was impeccably clean, had everything we needed and of course you can’t beat the waves crashing on the shore right outside your windows. We will be back!

The house was all that we hoped it would be, plus more. Amazingly well stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels and furniture, lots of things provided (from beach towels to garbage bags). Easy to follow rules and schedules. Responsive manager. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, great walking.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely lovely! South Oceanside is a spectacular location with lots to do within walking distance. The house was impeccably clean, had everything we needed and of course you can’t beat the waves crashing on the shore right outside your windows. We will be back!

This was our first time to Oceanside/Carlsbad area and this home was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. Just minutes from stores/restaurants when needed. The home was decorated in such a relaxing way. The kitchen was beautiful and ready to cook in with a stunning stove and pots/pans. The rooms were just what we needed. The space for all of us just to play or relax was perfect. This home had the best backyard on this strip of beach. Our boys are 8, 6, and 4 and the sandy area and sand toys provided were such a blessing. This home was truly stunning on the inside.
The only things that would have elevated this home would have been a game box with card game and board games. Instructions for the remote would have been so helpful. We would have loved a nice hammock outside or reclining outdoor chairs that we could lay out in to enjoy the crashing waves. Condiments/spices in the kitchen and laundry detergent would have also been great but I understand why these probably were not provided.
We look forward to staying here again. We wished we had just a couple more days.

Paradise Getaway
