Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely house for $653 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large beach home in family-friendly Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Situated in a great location, with ocean views, only steps from a beach access leading to a wide, uncrowded strand. Perfect for large families, multiple families or couples on a getaway. Open and bright family room and dining area. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for multiple cooks. 5 Bedrooms with 1 King, 1 King , 1 Queen 1 Double , 1 Queen 1 Double, and 1 Queen 1 Double. Wireless, High-speed Internet access, TVs, DVD players, movies and board games for kids and adults. Refresh and updates are done each year. Recent enhancements include a new dining table, a large french-door refrigerator, new outdoor furniture and an updated master bath. The home has wood-look tile flooring in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We only rent during the summer months and the house gets an all-over deep cleaning, including carpets and furniture at the start of each rental season. The weekly cleaning between rentals includes disinfecting of high-touch areas. Bed comforters/quilts are washed and/or refreshed regularly. You can choose to sit back and enjoy the sun and surf, watch for turtles, fish, play miniature golf, dine out or go shopping. The wide and flat beach is perfect for kids to run in the waves, build sand castles or have Italian ice from the cart on the beach. The Ocean Isle Community Center, Museum of Coastal Carolina and Planetarium offer interesting activities for both young and old. There is a brand new park on the island with a playground, splash pad, band stage and more. Just 5 minutes away is a bigger community park with lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts and another playground. Across the bridge are many shops, Go Carts, a variety of dining options, and a winery. If you are looking to adventure further away from Ocean Isle, it is a short drive to Myrtle Beach, SC with its amusement parks, outlet malls, theaters, etc., or historic Wilmington, where you will find the Battleship North Carolina along with nearby Fort Fisher and other points of interest. The area has Golf Options Galore! There are some of the best golf courses in the US -over 20 courses within 8 miles of our house and over 100 golf courses within 1 hour of Ocean Isle Beach. Choices for restaurant dining on the island include Jinks Creek, Pelican's Perch, Sharkey's and The OIB Fish Company. Coastal Wine and Tap is a fabulous wine and beer bar within walking distance from the house. Many wonderful choices for dining just a short drive away, include Causeway Gourmet, Sugar Shack, Amelia's, Maya, Oyster Rock, Fibber McGee's and Snooky's.

The house is in a perfect location, with very easy access to the beach. The house was clean and as described, no surprises. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great, and having two beds in each room (except the main bedroom) was very convenient for everyone. I would definitely stay here again for our next OIB vacation!

Our vacation was multigeneration family and everything was perfect for us. The house location is great, close beach access so the teens could head back easily, pool at the house for anyone, close enough to town to walk for ice cream. The house was well equipped and very clean. There was only one issue while the linen delivery and the host was fast to respond and it was cleared up in no time. I loved the easy communication with the host before during and after. We loved our week there and will definitely stay there again!

Our college and high school grandsons shared positive comments without being asked, especially liked the short distance to beach and arcade! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen with ton of cooking utensils and huge living room sofa! Communication prior to arrival was extremely helpful, check in and check out was easy. Our only regret was not having the pool heated. Thanks, Jeannie, for all the details!

We had an excellent experience at Drifting Seas for our annual family beach vacation. The 5 bedroom house was perfect for the 3 generations of family in our group. The house was very convenient to the beach access and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive and accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay. I highly recommend the property!

GREAT WEEK AT OIB!!
We've been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for more than 25 years, renting a variety of properties to meet the needs of our family. This house was a perfect fit for our needs this year (all adults except 1 infant). We LOVED the pool, the cleanliness and condition of the house, the location (close to beach access), the layout and spaciousness, the quality of the bed linens, kitchen amply supplied with utensils, dishes, etc. It really was one of the best weeks we've ever had at OIB!! The owner was wonderful: answering questions, offering help, leaving a gift bag. We were very impressed! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been visiting Ocean Isle for about ten years and this was our best experience. Everything was way beyond everything in the description and the owner was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. Most of all she was so kind.

Amazing beach house!

Great Stay at Beautiful House
We had a great stay at this property. Jean the owner is wonderful to work with. They layout of the property with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms fit our needs perfectly. My daughter got married during our vacation and we had family visiting and all of them commented on how beautiful the house was. We had a rainy week but we were still able to enjoy the pool. Also the water pressure was excellent. We will definitely rent this house again when we return to Ocean Isle Beach.

Great beach house
It was perfect for our family of 11, spacious and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was really convenient. And the kids loved the private pool! Easy beach access too.

Clean, well maintained home
We loved our stay @ OIB! We had a group of 15 and the 5 BR/5 Baths was a huge plus. We were right across the street from the public beach access. We also liked the keyless door lock. We were able to set up our own code that everyone could remember and didn't have to worry about lost keys!

The family room is large and open and the furniture is comfortable and provided a lot of places to all be together at times. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with about any utensil or dishes you would need. The island in the kitchen is very nice for additional seating or putting out large family meals together or snacks. We loved the front deck and pool. The access to the beach is close and easy. Perfect house for larger families and kids. Lots of games and books to enjoy. It rained a lot the week we were there but we had a wonderful house to watch the rain/storms and enjoy some inside relaxing time. Part of the deck is covered so we could still be on the deck during the rain. This is a very nice house! It will be our first choice on our next vacation in Ocean Isle. Thank you Jean for providing a wonderful place for us to make memories with our family & grandkids!

This house was awesome for our family.
I first have to say Jean was great to work with. The house was great for our big family. We have been to Ocean Isle several times and never have we been to a kitchen that was stocked like this one. Sitting on the deck in the morning and at night was so relaxing. Jean thought of everything even toys for the kids. We would recommend this house to anyone with a big family. We will rent this one again. Thank you Jean for everything.

Our group consisted of parents, adult children, adult & teen grandchildren. This home met all of our needs & we thoroughly enjoyed our week there! The house was everything we expected - just like the pictures! The home is very well kept & Jean was extremely helpful & easy to work with. 5 bathrooms was a real plus - everyone liked having their own. Everyone enjoyed the pool & I enjoyed sitting on the deck at night listening to the ocean. Even though this house isn't ocean front there are 2 openings where you can see the ocean from the deck & a couple places in the house. There is only 1 thing the owners could do to make the stay better - slow time down for the week you're there! Our time there was over way too fast. I can't say enough about this house, the owners & Ocean Isle Beach - we loved it & would definitely return!
