Located in Mill Valley, this lovely house for $1,290 per night is a great choice for your next break. Brand New Home: 2,800 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2 story home on 1/4 acre lot. All hardwood floors bleached white. Marble and quartz counters throughout. Lower level includes 1/2 bath, large living/dining room with high ceilings and flat screen t.v., marble surround gas fireplace, open plan family room with large flat screen t.v., kitchen, dining combo that leads to deck with 6 person cedar hot tub through Nana wall of doors. 2 flat grass areas for outdoor fun, including trampoline and gas firepit. Upstairs are the 4 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 en suite). Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, and Onyx slab shower and floating bench, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a large bathroom. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa with featherbed and ensuite bathroom. Laundry room upstairs as well. Every room has views of Richardson Bay. Driveway accommodates 3 to 4 parked cars. WiFi. Private yet close to all Mill Valley amenities and 2 minutes from 101 freeway. 10 minutes to Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. Commute bus to downtown San Francisco 2 minute walk from house. To Note: 2 adult neighborhood cats have access to the garage for food and water. They are super friendly and part of our community. If you see them feel free to say hi and pet them. Names are Cookie and Curry. Administrative Fee listed in the quote is the City/County Tax. Damage deposit withheld for any damage caused by guest. The owner determines a reasonable replacement value of the damaged item with proof of receipt. Insurance is available through for $79 to $99 that covers up to $5000 of damage.

The location, the views, the absolutely fantastic interior, this is an impeccably renovated and pristine clean home. Beautiful open concept, hot tub, close to route 101 and Muir Woods and Muir Beach. Miles of fantastic hiking trails just minutes from the house. A short drive across the golden gate to gain access to San Francisco. Excellent for families with kids or just adults. Some of the finishing touches in this home will brighten your day, free parking is very nice as well. Owner is great, fast communications and no problems at all throughout our stay! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the San Francisco area.

My two younger girls loved the trampoline and tire swing and my older son loved the video games. My husband and I loved the layout of the house since where ever you were (except the bathrooms) you could see the kids in the back yard. We didnt really have to worry about it being a pristine adult only type house. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into the house and we appreciated the comfortable kid freindly nature of the house. There was a lot of wear and tear around the house but that made it a bit less stressful for me with little kids. It was also a great location and the view was also great. We loved the neighborhood and the stores within a few minutes of the house. We would def consider coming back to the house in future vacations... and would recommend to friends who also want to visit that part of San Fran.

The house is very conveniently located, spacious and well laid out. Even though my kids are in high school, they enjoyed the back yard and the access to running and biking tracks nearby.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the laundry machine was brand new! It would have been nice if both secondary bedrooms had better curtains or shades to cover up the morning light for sleeping.
We would definitely come back for another stay in the future. Hila was very helpful and responsive -- and had a basket of goodies waiting for us. Thank you!

A Very Nice Stay
The house is very conveniently located, spacious and well laid out. Even though my kids are in high school, they enjoyed the back yard and the access to running and biking tracks nearby.

Kids paradise!
This is the most kid friendly house you can rent! The family didn't want to leave, and we could have easily spent our whole vacation in the house....

A beautiful home with everything we needed.
My husband and my parents stayed here with our 3 daughters, from Australia. We travel quite regularly and like to stay in nice places. The house is so warm and beautiful and everything you could need to make it comfortable and easy is provided. The linens are beautiful on the beds. The TV's include foxtel and plenty of DVDs are available. The trampoline and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. The town square is a 5 minute drive. The freeway is right there which makes it easy to get to the city in 15 minutes. We loved every minute of our stay here and would definitely come back. The owners were so nice and made check in and check out a breeze. Thank you !

Wonderful home- great for families
Loved the home, beautiful, open, clean. So many things for the kids to do. Only criticism is the location of the crib being in the bedroom with a skylight and it's too large to move to another room. Babies need to nap during the day so moving it would be very helpful. We brought our pack and play so that's what we used in a diff room. Otherwise perfect place, we will definitely be coming back. Hila was very helpful and quick at responding to any questions.

Fabulous family vacation home!
Our family of 6 adults and a 1 year old spent a wonderful week in this spacious, light, lovely home. The backyard with an excellent, safe trampoline was a big hit with all. If you like to cook, you'll be very happy with the kitchen. The hot tub overlooks the water and the mountains. The location is very convenient to Muir beach, Muir woods, hiking, pretty towns and San Francisco.
The owner, Hila, is very friendly and helpful.

Truly Home Away From Home
My family could not have been more comfortable. This home seriously felt like my own. My kids (daughter, 10, and son, 8) had a blast here in our down time between sightseeing. The property is well-appointed for children and adults. Zero disappointments. Zero complaints. While out sightseeing, the kids would often ask, "When are we going back to the house?" Today is our check-out, and we are all sad to leave.
When staying at other places, which we have, you have to provide everything. Every little spice, every ounce of salt, everything! Not here. Here, it was a lifesaver to find some of the "little things" in the pantry after forgetting them at the nearby grocer. That's what you want in a place: a little bit of relief.
The bedding throughout is excellent. Everyone slept comfortably. That's saying something.
We repeatedly made it from the front door to the San Francisco side of the GG Bridge in 10 minutes, easy. Getting to Muir Woods and other nearby sights was effortless. (Tip: get there early for parking.)
With respect to how the property is presented in the pictures here (as of 6/27/2014), the property is even better in person. The landscaping is lovely; one note: the grass is artificial--which was totally weird, at first, but after about 5 minutes I was convinced that this is the way to go. It's soft, yet resilient.
Some of the furnishings are different than in the pics, but I think it's all better. A lot more areas to lounge and relax. The room pictured with the day bed has a desk, a piano, guitars, and a closet full of toys and games. This family knows how to have fun and how to help other families have fun. We were not let down.
We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. If you are a family like us, you will love this place.
Rental Car and Toll Tip: Heading to San Francisco from this property means paying a toll on the GG Bridge. No big deal. Don't handle this through the rental car agency. Go to bayareafastrak.org and sign up for a license plate account. It's temporary, simple, and makes the journey from this property across the GG Bridge a breeze. Rental car agency will gouge you.

Great house with lots of natural light
We stayed in Hila's house with 4 adults and 2 kids and had a great time! The house is spacious and has a lot of natural light. The house was very clean and has hotel quality beds, towels, linens etc.
It's also very suitable for kids, our 2 year old had a blast and enjoyed the great back yard.
We enjoyed the great views from the deck sitting in the hot tub and having a cold beer!

Perfect home away from home
The house was warm and cozy. It provided a perfect home base for us to accommodate our activities in the area. The owner was well organized and all the amenities were well documented. Jacuzzi on deck with views was a huge bonus! We had a great stay!
