It is a very very beautiful place in the desert. I loved it's stony finishing. Super comfortable beds, cozy pleasant lighting. Great choice of cosmetics for bathroom. Silence.. and incomparable landscape that is opening right in front of you! All the stuff was very welcoming and making you feel home. Food is super yummy 🙂↕️🫠
We experienced also a camel riding and a falcon show, both exceeded my expectations , although I had a chance to ride camels before. Very interesting and beautiful. Highly recommend this place.
Nothing ruined our stay, it was perfect! Thank you

An exceptional stay! Everything was top notch, from the room, to the food, to the staff, to the spa! The hotel space is also architecturally quite beautiful. We wanted to feel like we were out of the city, and we really did. We were there to relax during my pregnancy and it was an incredibly soothing experience. Thank you for taking such good care of us, we will definitely be back!
Nothing, the stay was 10/10.

Swim up bar, surfing, pool and hot tub in Villa.
Customer service was quite poor. The staff were lovely but completely overwhelmed with the numbers of people. Eg not picking up the phone when calling for enquires. Check in was chaotic as was breakfast (people had plates of food and waiting for a table). The pool was quite dirty. To name a few.
