Located in Savannah, this attractive condo for $280 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Stay in the heart of downtown but with the quiet and privacy you prefer on vacation! This third-floor apartment boasts a spacious living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, and three bedrooms. Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper. Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The primary bedroom has a King size bed with flat screen TV. A generous walk-in closet connects the bedroom to an en suite bath with large standing shower. On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each other. Both boast King size beds with hotel-grade linens, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall. This apartment has 3 king-size beds. Two bedrooms have a nonworking fireplce. The dininroom was sufficient for 8 people to sit around the round dining table. The interior walls of the dining room needed patched.The kitchen has e everything you need if you want to cook. Only room for2 seats at the island. Has 2 bathroomsThe one bathroom has a clawfoot bath tub with surround shower curtain, sink and toilet. Well proportioned room.The master bedroom has an onsuite with a shower, toilet and sink. It is quite a bit smaller than the other bathroom. There is a skylight which added a very nice touch.A laundry room was also available in this apartment.It was in a very good location to coffee shops, eateries and shopping.The heating thermostat was on a restricted temperature. We did get cold at night and when the heat did turn on, we got too hot.There is a service elevator, which was a beautiful plus. Overall, it was a nice vintage place to stay.

First, the good points. The location is fantastic and the management company is very responsive. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the unit was missing many basic kitchen items, but the company brought most of the items we needed in time. The elevator worked well, and was key for our group, which included folks with mobility issues. However, there are many things that need improvement. The unit was not clean, and it needs a ton of maintenance. Doorknobs off. Nonworking outlets, switches and lights. Broken hair dryer, broken blinds. Visible dust on surfaces, floor that had not been mopped, dirty toilet, and a couch with multiple stains. The beds are quite comfortable, but the pillows are not.

Perfect location to not have to worry about taking an Uber anywhere. We came with 3 couples so the 3 rooms with king beds were perfect. There is an additional pull out couch that we didn’t require. It is on the 3rd floor so taking the stairs up could be a challenge for some but didn’t bother us much. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location. It’s so close to everything. It’s big and has a modern kitchen but would’ve been nice to have a few basic amenities like more than one day of coffee and better air fresheners to remove the musty smell in the kitchen. It is also extremely noisy at night. You can hear everything - sirens, people talking, and yelling until 3 AM. Bring ear plugs or hope you’re a deep sleeper as the apartment offers little barrier from the noise that’s happening outside.

This was a perfect rental for our group! We are 6 women in our 60’s who have travelled together for over 20 years. This was definitely one of our best rentals. It is exactly as described. Plenty of room & very comfortable. We parked our car when we arrived & never used it again! You could not ask for a better location. You do get a lot of street noise as mentioned in reviews. It is a downside to staying in the heart of the historical district . We would absolutely stay here again!

This rental has so much character and historic feel to it. Each room was very spacious and comfortable for the six of us. This location was a 3 minute walk to Starbucks and <12 minute walk to River Street. The elevator was interesting.. you needed to do some finessing to operate it. This rental could’ve used some more cleaning and maintenance of the furniture but very minor. We’ve stayed with Lucky Savannah at a previous location and really enjoyed the experience. Such a professional company and great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. It was the best birthday trip!

What a perfect location. Very close to the main sites and we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and suited our needs. Lucky Savannah was very responsive to our needs. Allowed us to store our bags in their office (and get free drinks) and answered the phone immediately when the door codes were not working. On our last day, we found out there was not wine bottle opener and I filled out the maintenance form thinking nothing of it. Got a bottle opener within an hour! My only complaint is that many lights were burned out and that the clock ringing on the square was really loud. Be sure to bring ear plugs.

The positive aspects of the property are it’s location, the fact that it has 3 large bedrooms and two baths, nice areas to sit and have conversations and a nice kitchen. The property itself was not as clean as we expected. One example, a used q tip on the floor. There is an elevator, but management suggests only 2 people at a time, and it is slow. The stairs to the third floor where the property is located are quite steep, so guests with mobility issues may find them difficult to navigate. The lock to one of the outside doors was not working, management did repair it but for it was worrisome not being able to lock the door the first night we were there. One light in the kitchen went out, management tried to fix it, but it went out again. We notified management but since we were leaving the next morning and it appeared to be an electrical issue, we suggested it be repaired after we left. The master bathroom sink barely drained and the shower doors are extremely difficult to open and close. We did not report this but because management had responded each time something was reported, we feel once they are notified, these problems would be resolved.
