Magical and Cute apartment located perfectly to everything we needed! Would definitely come back!

Location was stunning and close to the train! Amazing experience!

Great, one night stay, & was easy getting in/out of unit.

It was just 100 meters from where we had spent our first two nights, so it made switching apartments very easy. Christian answered our messages instantly & allowed us to store our luggage in her ski room prior to our check in time. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Wengen!

Central, clean comfortable, balcony, it had everything we needed

confirmation of early checkin was not done and wven after follow up the cleaner was still there when we arrived. Strong, unpleasant smell

accessibility wasn't easy indeed. train plus walking. after 7pm almost everything is closed.

The heater does not work. Numerous blackouts. probably due to some circuit overload.

Beautiful home, perfect location.

The location was amazing, the property was nice and cosy. The beds were very warm, it was a very easy check in and check out process. It had all the amenities we needed aswell as netflix for a nice night in. Would definitely stay again!

The front door has a sign which tells you how to unlock the door which includes the actual code. Luckily Wengen is a very safe location, but for peace of mind maybe change this :)

location. good instructions for everything.

the building smelled like smoke. very outdated. the apartment was not clean. the neighbors were so loud. I could hear their tv through the walls. no amenities. could’ve used some shampoo/ soap. we did like the outdoor balcony. the beds were comfy.

Good location, comfortable stay and checkout time is 10 AM.

Location was good. Cooking utensils and washing machine is very useful.

No toiletries provided. Majority of pictures posted by the host belongs to winter season. It would be nice if host adds more summer time pics of property so that there will not be an issue with expectation vs reality. I stayed for 4 nights but there was no F2F meeting with the host. The property is lacking personal touch.

the toilet/bath room is terrible, no window and the ventilation system does not work (have hygiene problem).

Overall everthing was great, except the cleaniness need to be improve.

Chris was very kind and responsive to any questions, and very accommodating to allow us to shift the date to one day later as we book for the wrong date.Apartment is close to almost the happening area, nice to have a short walk around. Chris has all instruction within the house and it very easy for us as first timer in Wengen. The balcony was great but we did not use as it was winter now.

Cleanliness need to be improve, guess the cleaner did not do a very good job to clean the house. Floor was dusty, sofa was dirty and we found hair and dead skin.

Decent little pad for two couples, superb location.

Great location, really good entry/exit instructions.

Not being able to store our luggage in the ski room on checkout. Had to use the lockers at the train station - not convenient.

Very good

Great terrace, great location, comfy beds and nice living room. Convenient luggage storage on request.

A bit dirty, dropped something under the sofa and saw dirty it was underneath. Clearly only superficial cleaning done. The host was responsive to pre-arrival emails but not very responsive with sms messages once there.

Superb

This is the perfect venue for one or two couples. Very spacious and comfortable. The flat has a smart TV with preloaded Nextflex etc. Large patio. Close to station and shops. Barbecue, washing machine. Cooking utensals and ingredients was a nice touch. Comfortable mattresses and great finishes. Including a record player. We have stayed in 5 venues in the last 4 weeks and this was our favorite.

Nothing bad to report.

The kitchen and bathroom were very dated and it was not very clean - I had to clean the fridge when we arrived.

The terrace and the lounge at the property were the best features.

The bathroom and kitchen would benefit from being renovated. The duvets were too small for the size of the beds if more than one person sleeps in the bed. Two single duvets may be a better option.
