Superb

The staff and service as excellent and close to all the Ayana Hotels, restaurants and facilities. Super efficient buggy service and room service too.

Very functional, calm and serene stay.

I loved the sea view room and all the amenities provided in the property. It is part of massive 200 acre AYANA property and you get access to Rockbar and other restaurants. We were using 2 wheeler and we had provision for car and bike parking in the basement.

Mobile number provided for any help didn’t work. Some of the bathroom fittings were broken. Iron stand was dirty and the overall cleanliness could be improved.

Good value

Big apartment. Nicely decorated. Sea view. Clean and comfortable.

As it’s an apartment block on a huge sprawling property with two hotels and other accommodation it can be hard for taxis to find it. You need buggy to get around which you can call, usually arrives in 10 mins yes

Loved this apartement

I loved this apartement. The location is a bit remote but breathtaking views. You absolutely can't miss the rock bar . There weren’t any organized activities like I’ve seen at other resorts but fine for us. Staff amazing and manager always assist us by whatsapp

Mosquitos everywhere and location bit far from the town

The location is bit far from the amenities, and very hard to order taxiiii or delivery food always got lost and wrong direction, especially the mosquitoes in the room and apartment so many, and the buggy was on maintenance so have to wait one hour for the next replacement, should be prepared extra bed for kids.

The mosquitoes in the apartment, my husband got bitten multiple times, and the stove need to explain how to use that ,so far we enjoyed the stay, thank you

Great stay! Already planning our next stay here.

Had an amazing stay. The staff were very efficient and the place was in great condition. We were really impressed with the amount of cutlery and cooking utensils available to allow us to cook meals for the entire family. The location is quiet and there's plenty of space for when we needed time away from the group to chill.

The internet was very patchy. This made it difficult to get online from most rooms. Also, the tvs are very old so I suggest bringing a chromecast and connecting to the tv in the upstairs living area. In case you need to keep kids entertained while you're drinking by the pool :)

Need many improvements to serve as 5 stars service apartment

Bed sheets not 4-5 star quality, Pillow not fresh ( smelly), bathroom lighting is lacking. staff is difficult to reach, most of time phone is not picked up. No reception in residence’s tower even no staff stand by at Residence main front office until we open the back office door then found some staff there.

Superb

The place is clean & the staff are very helpful. Ayu, our contact person responded to messages at all times. We stayed in one of the penthouses and we can order dine-in-room service from Ayana. It sometimes take awhile to reach hence allow enough time. Buggy is available to take us around Ayana compound within about 5 to 15 mins waiting time.

The road to the Residence is a little dark at night. More signage & lights will be helpful for drivers.

Stressful and uncomfortable due to check in and thirst.

Very late correspondence while in transit on check in procedure. No one to check in, only when i searched for garden staff let me in room in the middle of the night. No drinking water, and no key to exit and enter room - made for a very uncomfortable night after a long travel. Repeated messages demanding cash as no card facilities available were inappropriate, and then complaining when i did transfer full balance it would take too long to clear.
